The goosebumps and chills when listening to music is next level since swapping out ST for this. Been listening to music from the 90s and early 00’s. My millennial heart loves it even more now!
I’m loving the synergy of these titles. It can be a bit intense what I am feeling, and I am making sure to do more energy work/movement practices to stay centred and grounded. I was just jumping around and punching the air to let stuff go, which turned into some other free flow stuff.
You must feel in order to heal. What you resist must persist. Lean in and allow it to arise and alchemize and transmute it into gold or whatever.

I keep seeing things about love everywhere.
Someone offered to buy me anything I wanted at a cafe yesterday.
I’ve been getting showered with compliments, which I understand is a reflection of the self love I have cultivated from within.
I found myself being more funny and playful yesterday when I noticed irritability and tension arising which helped calm me down.
I had way more vivid dream activity last night.
I am not religious at all but I do appreciate some biblical scriptures, seeing it through a metaphysical and psychological lens. I just finished reading The Supreme Gift by Paulo Coelho which speaks to this from the Bible:

Will this help for a childhood history of being unloved and attracting people who take what’s on offer without giving anything? Or will Ascension deal with it?

Yea. I’m more interested in the regular LB for the inner focus. But maybe LBFH has upgraded those parts. That’d be cool to learn.

Both will. But A Love Bomb For Humanity deals with this specifically. Remember, from a practical philosophical standpoint (as opposed to the metaphysics of it all), LBfH is about healing the relationship an individual has with humanity itself.
All the trauma, pain and issues triggered by the relationship between self and the collective becomes dissolved in a rather soft healing process, allowing you to better radiate love into the world.
The entire Love Bomb line revolves around these concepts. OG Love Bomb is more “healing the relationship between self and the held perception of self,” which then radiates out into the world as love. LBfH is simply more direct with the healing between collective and self.
Ascension will help with this a lot, but more through the natural outflow of the alpha scripting. Same outcome, different paths.

I would say that 85% of the features in LBfH have a very strong inner focus. The other features are more supportive than major features.

Curiosity got the better of me and listened.
After a 1m listen I feel like collapsing into the ground as if I’ve run a marathon. The hustle is over. The search is done. It’s such an overwhelming feeling to finally have what’s been denied for a lifetime. Oh boy…

Is it just me or LBH goes quickly, very deep and hard into resolving stuff?
Ive found for the second time today that it takes me directly to major blocks about receiving and giving love. Its pretty painful to uncover those patterns, physically and emotionally painful, but really quick for me to understand, and let go of them. Even though they are/were fundamental building blocks of my life…

Yeah this hits hard but its very easy to handle. Ordered my Summertime, LBFH, and Regen custom today. Gonna heal some trauma, and fill myself with positivity and self love!
