For those who may have ADHD, ADD, or attention concerns

I wanted to provide a thread for people with such possible concerns to discuss ideas.

This is not meant to replace medical advice, nor provide medical advice, treatment, prevention, or diagnosis. This thread is simply meant for people to present ideas that might help.

I wanted to make sure I tagged people who have expressed attention as a concern

@RVconsultant Thank you . Don’t forget Executive. That now deals with Executive Function which is and can be very problematic for those of us with ADHD

@RVconsultant Do you think it would be better to use Limitless Executive over just Executive?

I found this to be the case for me.

Limitless Executive has been a GAME CHANGER in ZP. I’ve never had such relief from ADHD symptoms before.

I’m planning on adding Rebirth to my stack now that Limitless Executive is doing so well at making changes for me towards a more productive person… I’m looking to have Rebirth rewrite all the old conditioning so that the new conditioning from LE shines through 100%.

I think LE is better than executive for anyone with ADHD who might suffer from lack of focus, brain fog, or has ADHD but wants to do tasks that would also benefit from Beyond Limitless.

@RVconsultant I would also add EF ST1 as an interesting addition… this is a bit of a stretch, but interesting!

Nutrition, sleep, and recovery are all extremely important for ADHD.

Yes, “recovery” by EFST1 generally means muscular regeneration, but with conscious guidance, could possibly be guided towards “recovery” as in more quiet time and rest.

Even without recovery, for someone with ADHD, all it would take is to improve their nutrition and deep sleep by a small margin to see good improvements to attention.

Modules I’d add definitely add to this list would also include

  • Sanguine Core (been good for people’s focus + mood, ADHD 2-for-1)
  • Executive/Limitless Executive/Beyond Limitless
  • Commander
  • Organization Perfected (ADHD’ers struggle with this)
  • Deep Sleep
  • Machine Action
  • Machine Rest
  • Khronos Key… take advantage of ADHD’s natural superpower to slow down time when hyperfocused: be hyperfocused and in a state of time-bending flow as often as possible. Plus, have boring moments be over faster, which would allow you to be more patient.)
  • Productivity Unleashed
  • Eye Of The Storm (habits)
  • Foundation (focused even while feeling stressed)
  • Tyrant (Increase Brainpower and manifestation power, conscious + subconscious + unconscious)
  • Divine Will (increase the strength of your will, make your goals a reality)
  • Ego Adsum (present moment)
  • Everpresent (present moment)
  • Virtue Series: Temperance (discipline, prudence, patience)
  • Code Of Honor (keep all promises, never say “i got distracted/forgot/oops”)
  • Divine Self Image (see yourself as someone focused)
  • Stop porn and masturbation
  • Solitude (be powerful when by yourself or bored, instead of looking for online distraction/connection)
  • Stronger (ADHD is highly correlated with addiction)
  • Lion IV/Alpha Body Language (ADHD people can be too fidgety)
  • Submodel Alpha (ADHD people never prepare, they always wing it, might as well play to that strength)
  • Seducers Gaze (people with ADHD can have terrible eye contact)

Hi @RVconsultant

Would you recommend the same modules for people with other neuro-diversity problems? Like let’s say if someone wants to resolve problems in the centre part of the chart below.

I am sure that ADHD often exists alongside other types of problems faced by people with neuro-diversity, and so I am thinking it might be good to attack the centre.

Good point. Both might be useful additions to this list.

As for one over the other, I don’t know.

This is a good point.

If I were dealing with such concerns, I would look at what I might have and then look for modules that might help.

For example if I was having difficulties with math, as well as general neuro-diversity concerns, I would look for modules to help with brain function (such as QL, or Limitless), math (Virtuoso di Matematica), cognitive improvement (I.Q. and Cognitive Booster, and The Single Point), general health (Asclepius), guidance to solutions (Informaticon, and Health Codex), calm (Sanguine), and assistance in thinking (The Lines, The Streams). There are more modules I might consider, as well as other categories, so this would just be a start.

There was also a video series on PBS called The Brain with David Eagleman. There was a brief story of a man who had autism or Asperger was in an experiment using a type of transmagnetic stimulation of the brain. After the experiment, the man reported he became more able to interact with others and understand others’ emotions. Anecdotal perhaps, yet I think very noteworthy.

Something with ADHD I’m still trying to wrap my head around is where the ADHD is vs a trauma based response. If you’re stressed a lot of the time and having difficulty with life of course your attention goes out the window. That doesn’t necessarily mean you don’t have ADHD but it’s another layer of the puzzle.

I guess what I’m saying is a purely cognitive boost based approach might not be enough to tackle everything. But which is more helpful? I’ve come to a point where I’ve realized with these subs I cant both heal and assimilate new habits, it’s way too much.

So the question becomes do I focus on healing more so when I do exhibit these ADHD struggles I don’t get slammed with a bunch of shame and guilt? Or do I focus on cognitively enhancing myself so it’s easier to manage the ADHD effects in general. This might cause a more positive feedback loop and immediate results.

Honestly the idea of cognitive enhancement only and productivity triggers a lot of anxiety in me due to growing up in environments where I was made to feel I needed to be “better”. So for me that might kick up a lot of recon which can cause stress which makes the ADHD worse.

After mulling this over. A purely cognitive based approach could theoretically improve emotional regulation which would allow for smoother processing of healing based subs. Having poor emotional regulation is like getting carried off into a whirlwind at a moments notice. Yes mindfulness helps, yes meditation helps, but those afflicted with ADHD lack the neurotypical individuals ability to “put stuff aside” in order to get things accomplished. Think of it like impulsivity but for emotions. They show up and now that’s center stage, 100% focus. It’s either that or complete unhealthy suppression and very poor coping methods. I’ve read how people with ADHD oscillate between those two extremes and I highly relate to it.

@RVconsultant could you update in this thread if there are new subs with NSE can help with these symptoms?
