Following up on a support ticket i opened

Hello everyone, i’m following up on a refund request support ticket that i issued on Monday June 17,2024. I purchased new limitless unintentionally so i issued in this refund request. The order number was #103635 and the ticket number is #24548. I’ll make sure to not make such mistakes and to be more careful next time around😅

The refund request will be honored as always, but note that we can see if the file was downloaded. If it was, you may be put on the sales blacklist, as that would indicate that the purchase was not “unintentional.”

Edit: According to the records, the file was downloaded five times.

Alright. I see :sweat_smile: :joy:. i did download it once, though i haven’t used it. so i guess it’s all the same really since i can’t really prove that. i think it shows that i downloaded it over five times because of how many times i clicked the link. I was using Internet Download Manager.

Please note, our support site states 3-5 business darts to receive a response. A ticket placed on the 17th wasn’t actually due until today.

You downloaded the file that you “unintentionally” purchased and immediately put in for a refund request?

Pertaining to the support days, I had seen that it said “Can’t find what youre looking for? Submit a ticket and well get back to you within 1-3 business days”.

I had counted three business days going ahead from Monday (So starting from Tuesday) up until Thursday.

But the refund request is invalid anyway now, so i’ll just close the ticket, since i’m on the wrong side of things

Seriously, my friend. Don’t do these sort of things. Either invest in the company and yourself or not. These are the most pocket friendly and powerful subliminals on the market.

You could have even thought about the long game and decided that you can run Limitless later if you don’t went to do so now. All products get free updates and it was very recently updated for free from scratch. A very useful product. Think about it a bit.

Anyways, I am guessing the process is going through and SC will refund it if the parameters are correct.

EDIT: personally I would encourage you to run Limitless following listening instructions. You might just change your mind about it.
