Alright. I apologize for the inconvenience that i’ve caused. I guess it’s just better for me to try limitless out as you have recommended, considering that i did download it and didn’t make use of it.
I’ve been running it for one month. Great sub. It gives you a nice boost in pretty much every area of your life.
Sounds interesting. I’ll give it a try, considering that i’m starting university in a month or two.
Do you think it’s ideal for software engineering by itself?
The refund request was already made, it’ll be processed sometime today.
Alright. My apologies for the inconvenience caused.
Am i still suitable for the refund request or is it invalid?, just to clarify.
Yes, you are eligible. Any refund request from purchases on the main store within 30 days of purchase is eligible. We’re a bit behind due to tech issues, but if you haven’t received it yet, it’s coming. I was only pointing out that downloading the track five times and then immediately requesting a refund is the type of thing that increases your risk score (our merchant account scores this, not us) and could lead you to end up on the sales blacklist. Again, something we have to maintain to stay in good standing given the fact that we sell digital products.
Alright, I understand you completely. Thank you for quite a quick reply.
I’ll be patient. If I run into any issues I’ll let you know. How frequently do you recommend for me to check up on this?
We’re working non-stop on resolving all issues, so tomorrow night at the latest. I’ve asked support to expedite your ticket among others.
Alright. Thank you very much
I received an email saying that my order has been refunded but i haven’t received any notification that shows that it has reached my debit card as of yet.
i might have to wait for some time
i guess it’s because it’s a weekend
Transfer can take a couple days - nothing we can do from our end, i.e it’s not up to us.
Alright. Thank you for the clarification.
Takes 3-5 business days for the refund to return to your card, just like any other business. As @Fire said, that’s a limitation imposed by the banks, not us.
Understood. Thanks for the clarification
Did you get your refund?
