Extremely crucial to processing (DEEP SLEEP MODULE)

If I do manage to sleep deeply and have dreams while processing then my dreams will be much different than when I’m not processing.

When I’m processing my dreams will have something that will cause me to feel a negative feeling like fear, dread, anxiety, shame.

When I’m out of recon/processing dreams are basically the opposite, dreams that makes me feel invincible, like I’m the man, doing what I want to do, being with hot females etc.

My dreams and sleep are my best indicators for recon/processing.

My dreams are neither. Sometimes there’s a fearful dream, but mostly it’s about growing themes or selfdiscovery. Like I’m at home but I discover new rooms or everything is more spacious. Or like I jump into a secret military base falling really deep to discover some nuclear power reactor.

Dreams where I’m just “The Man”, enjoying live I can’t remember, if I have them.

Apart form LB and LBfH which gave me nightmares, I never felt that the subs influenced my sleep in the one direction or another. I generally listen in the morning though.

It’s actually a very good idea, deep sleep module in every single major title

So it’s not just the deep sleep necessarily. This probably adds credit to why the intuition I hit on of running Paragon Complete Ultima to fall asleep to after loops of my more complicated stack worked. Probably has a lot to do with how Paragon accomplishes its healing… :wink:

Honestly, I think me too lol. Have had weird vivid dreams since running it, tiredness and recon off and on (though it could also be from the subs I ran before though I don’t think so).

Also, worth a mention is I have noticed in my experience that if I drink alcohol it tends to make recon worse and drag it out.

Most likely because it impacts sleep quality and from the dehydration.

Best results come when I dont have depleted energy, because then it’s able to go into the sub processing.

Great post, thank you. I always wondered how much difference a sleep module would make but was a victim of shiny obejct syndrome to try it myself lol. I’ll be adding Paragon Sleep to my stack

I’ve been sleeping for quite a bit lately due to TRE mostly, hopefully PSleep will improve it

for me it wasnt even a thing to have a good night sleep, its always been this thing first thing in the morning id wake up like shit, get nightmares sometimes, the first hour from waking up would be absolutely horrible id have to use every inch of my soul to not fall back asleep again,

but sleep is cruical, ive changed fucking 40% since i made the custom that helps me with my sleep, bruh like im doing some shit now that i dont recognize that i do, its all because im processing better and better, im sticking to my shit, i have less attraction to time wasters, it feels all natural,

sleep is defo a big factor with subs

whenever you have resources try to make a custom for u with ur main goals and add deep sleep, ive used paragon for a long time along with my custom as a standalone, and it never helped me with my sleep, always felt like shit every morning

also ive been running subs for some time now, and this is probably the most insane changes ive seen, my subconscious has been a clogged pipe for a fucking long time lol, and i used to be on the forum always asking why the freak im not progressing like people in here

like in 2 weeks ive fucking made changes thats so drastic for me, that would take fucking 2 years of not using a sleep aid like deep sleep, before i used to progress with subs like 1% every month, and its exhausting, cause my sleep gets effected if im using subs, and i get recon also and get agitated with daily interactions , so there was a cost for me to run subs, thats why i quit after a while cuz the ROI is so low compared to what im giving, now its amazing

maybe im getting ahead of myself? but im happy now that subs is making my life easier, not the other way around

paragon is an amazing sub for physical pain and health, but i cant remember helping me ever sleep well and waking up like a monster, maybe its a mixture of both?

and dont take me as an example, it seems like im the only one who struggles this badly with subs when it comes to sleep,

just focus on your values and make a stack for that, im using a custom so it helps that i can have 3 cores in one custom for my MAIN goal

yeah booze is a no go, thats why i limit it to the weekends only

very interestingly my HABITS now are totally different when im drunk

i dont doom scroll on social media like before, i literally WANNA WORK ON MY HUSTLE WHEN IM DRUNK, i wanna make music , i wanna spin some tunes,

before literally drinking meant that id do some stupid shit like texting someone that i was seeing or doom scrolling reels, now im standing my fuckjing ground even when im drunk

even when im hangover i dont get that extreme hangaxiety anymore

matter of fact last sunday i got a hangover from drinking and yet still i was productive and didnt doom scroll, which is like 100% not me bro, like i know myself when im hangover its all shame and anxiety and no work and self hate, shit is fucking magic and its all due to the good processing that happened to me after my custom

I doubt it. Anyway, the one post is saying that in their experience the non-sleep healing version helped with recon and stress, while your post is saying the sleep version helped with getting the desired outcome. There is a difference.

I suspect there is something deeper underneath both of these. Hemispheric coherence / proper cross talk helps some people, so they do physical exercise or use substances or do exercises like meditation that promote that circulation of information throughout the greater field. Quieting the mind helps some people too so they can see more clearly the ideas coming to the surface from the subconscious. The key seems to be in promoting the proper communication between conscious/subconscious and sensitivity in hearing the message properly. It kind of makes sense that both those subs would assist the working of the lower parts of the mind in some way.
