i tried mouth taping the past days, same results with processing
so surely it doesnt have to do with that i might use my mouth when sleeping at night
and i take magnesium before bed also,
What happened just before you had that feeling?
What was the result or results that preceded that feeling?
quick update,
been testing with low volume lately and i havent felt the morning grogginess in a while
b4 it used to stick for an hour at least after i get out of bed and time feels it can pass by super quick with irritability and sluggishness all over the roof
now not so much?
so thats a good sign, in terms of results i haven not noticed magical things like i did when i just started my health/sleep custom.
i think this year will be the determining factor if continuing with subs is the right move, or i should just ditch this gig.
i feel like i can know if some changes are due to subs input or not, and i havent seen or felt or noted in a while that they have been contributing as much as i wanted them to do, but we will have to see.
the volume thing really helped, at least i dont get this crap feeling in the morning when i need to do solid work. apparently this was overload the whole time? i just get it in the morning
anyone facing similar issues try decreasing the volume.
i had good progress for sometime, then it plateaued/things went back to normal?. so i figured go hard or go home, so i switched to 15 minutes
my back posture got fixed at the time and i was more disciplined internally, like i wouldnât be as impulsive as i used to be, i can so no to myself without fighting the shit out of my brains.
thats how i usually measure progress when it really effects my weakpoints, i can say no to myself but it takes no effort to do so, thats how i know shit is working
Personally, I used to do the subs during sleep when it was Q/Qv2 days, and I still occasionally do run long experimental stacks every now and then while drifting off (often using binaurals, not recommended), but lately Iâve found that its better when trying to actually sleep to not have music/sound blasting in your ears. Lower volume has helped you as you mentioned, and thatâs good, I reckon you might find better results running the stack before sleep (which has been my primary modality for ZP/ZP2 subs).
Mainly what Iâve found is the flow factor improves the more youâre able to silence your mind/body and tune into body intelligence. This extends as far as pain signals also causing issues with execution, any mental justification trains, obviously self talk, but also over awareness of aspects of the self-complex.
So to come back to your use case, if youâre using physical shifting, and a lot of the cellular repair and growth occurs during your sleep, youâre still right that deep sleep and setting your body in the right position is going to be crucial, as well as not having that sound system in your ears as youâre falling asleep.
As I understand it, the route to deep sleep helping is to be able to align with both the body and external forces without the mind (which processes information from the senses) getting in the way, so anything you can do to reduce the talkback from your senses (including hearing and touch/pain signals) is going to improve the ability of the âsubconsciousâ to operate without interference.
Thatâs my hypothesis based on my own experience. If you try going down that path, will be interested to hear your results.
will give it a try tn8,
just before bed ill play subs and see how it effects me
thanks for the recommendation!
