EXPERIMENTAL Microloop / ZPU Listening Instructions

Best to see the old cycle through and start fresh after.

This is an odd question. When we do this, are we supposed to start at the beginning of the title each listening day or pick up where we left off?

Beginning.

The idea is you cover familiar ground, over and over, in “small” doses, until that scripting no longer triggers recon in you, and you can then move on to the next part of the script and begin to integrate new ideas.

I figured as much, but I wanted to be sure.
Thanks.

How okay is it to do an intermediate step in increasing duration? Like this:

Currently:

  • GLM 1m
  • IC 1m
  • WANTED 1m

Intermediate Step:

  • GLM 3m
  • IC 1m
  • WANTED 1m

Next Step (Full Step):

  • GLM 3m
  • IC 3m
  • WANTED 1m

As for multiple subs – the easiest way to handle this is to only progress with longer listening times once you’re not experiencing strong recon from the entire stack. It may be difficult to see which title is causing recon, so it’s best to continue the entire stack as “one single subliminal” in that they all interconnect, work together and operate as one – by design. So keep everything at the same exposure length until recon isn’t triggered as much (or not at all).

So no, you’d want to increase at the same rate.

If i want to change 1 title in my stack should i washout from tge entire stack? How long?

Probably 4 days, maybe 5. But also just pay attention to how you feel. If you don’t feel anything in particular, then 4 or 5 is good.

But should i washout the entire stack?

‘Should’ might be a little strong, (in my opinion).

But a washout is a cessation of all subliminal input.

If you’re going to do a washout, then that means stopping everything and resting your mind for a while.

It’s good to do that from time to time even if you’re not feeling any problematic effects.

If you haven’t been getting any recon from your listening pattern, I’d say you’re safe to swap it out and keep listening without a washout, BUT I would reset the whole stack back to 30 seconds listening time

It has been 21 days since the schedule was posted.

How has it been for you guys?
Are you using it with or without a sub with antirecon in the stack?

works very good for me so far, no anti-recon subs. Current stack is Emperor + RICH + Stark

I’m at 20-30sec of each, slowly working through my issues

Using name embedded EoG without anti-recon. Didn’t stay micro loop and instead followed the guidelines climbing gradually to no higher than 5m. So far so good a bit recon here and there but overall it’s alright. Having said that I might restart to 30s and reclimbing the loop to further relax the mind and make sure the foundation is built properly👍

Stack is LB + Wanted + GLM

I ran LB for almost 3 months straight and GLM since it came out 1.5 months, Wanted almost two weeks now.

2 of them are the newest tech subs.

I’ve been on the 3 sub schedule for about 2 weeks now.

I started at about 3min each, then reduced to 1min each and back to 5min each and the last two listening days I went up to 7min each.

I found that with 3 subs it’s more effective to take a break between listens instead of doing them back to back.

I’ve been doing a short break between the first two subs about 15-30min and a few hours for the third one.

It took a little getting used to processing 3 scripts instead of 2, even with subs I’m familiar with, so starting at 30sec and staying there for a little while is definitely essential if you’re starting new subs.

And I found taking breaks between loops essential for optimizing processing and integration, listening to 3 loops back to back felt that parts of the script wasn’t properly processed and somewhat ‘lost’ or ‘muddied’ from too much information too quickly.

Right now I feel comfortable at 7min each, but it doesn’t feel like I can push it much further, if I had to make an estimate I’d say I’m at 75-80% on processing queue, which is comfortable but very active, more than that becomes harsher and higher risk of recon.

Right now no recon whatsoever, but as a disclaimer I have to state that I have different daily practices that smooth out and accelerate integration and I’ve been practicing meditation and facing my inner life for over 15 years so I am used to and very open to inner change and acutely aware of the movements in my consciousness.

How are you finding it compared to the old listening pattern of 2 on one day and 1 on another

I can’t comment because I never did this pattern.

I always did 2 per listening day.

This 3 per day pattern works well and simplifies the overall experience.

But as I said, with this listening pattern, I don’t think I’ll ever be able to do full loops of all 3 comfortably.

From experience running only 2 subs per day, I always felt that around 20-25min max total exposure is my limit.

Beyond that, I get overexposure symptoms and the experience becomes more harsh and disruptive which lower results for me.

Can we do 30s of one program, 5m of another program, and then 3m of a third program?

If you have no recon, you can do it.

You can do it but in this case this guidelines/instructions is no longer applicable; your usage might be better suit with the standard 26 day cycle.
