prob split down the middle and go 45s
I wonder, given enough microlooping, is 3 subs in the cycle still the limit now?
What if we use sub #1 & #2 on one day and sub #3 & #4 on the other? Is it still impossible?
I’m not gonna attempt this, but I’m curious about the extent of how much we can get away with ZPU + this microlooping strategy.
Yes this is what the instructions says.
Still the whole microloop, recon and processing thing does not make much sense to me. I felt like jumping from 3m (with bad bad recon) to 7m and now the recon is gone?
For me at least it does not seem to be very linear, all of it.
Great idea, I’ll try this approach and make #3 & #4 to be boosting titles that listened once a week similar to old instruction
Sometimes more exposure means more processing time (not much recon) and less integration time (when the recon hits).
Doesn’t mean your recon is magically gone, but that the subconscious is processing more than integrating the information, and if you keep going like that it could lead to overload.
Speaking from experience, as well as theory based on what I’ve seen Saint and Fire post recently about how all this stuff works.
Sometimes I do wonder though. Like what if x amount of exposure is enough to break through a stuck habit and actually relieve recon due to not being stuck in that tug of war between trying to facilitate a change vs comfort zone.
Thing is I am aware of what you refer to as I have observed it myself but there is something else to it as well.
I don’t want to make any theories about it but something else is happening as well with the lower/ higher exposure thing.
Higher exposure gives you more concepts to work with, creators say that longer loops have more complex concepts and maybe what’s happening is some of these more complex or different concepts might be easier to understand and reconcile for specific individuals more familiar with whatever these concepts are.
When you stop getting strong recon from 1 min. Or, what @ryder004 said – split down the middle and do 45s.
Nah, three titles is still the limit. You can, however, run sub #1 and #2 on one day, #3 the next day and then take two washout days.
The limit is still 3 titles. Please do not run 4.
This.
If you jumped from 3m (which caused recon) to 7m (which did not trigger recon), then most likely, it is the additional scripting from the 7m area triggering that “highly positive initial reaction” phenomenon. You can see this whenever a new title comes out. People run it, get incredible immediate results, then the recon begins a bit later as integration begins. It is the same phenomenon on a smaller level. It is easily explainable – simply observe people’s regular behavior (those who aren’t running subliminal audio).
We’ve all seen people learn about something new – say Forex, for example – get excited, go really hard but then when the reality of trading hits, they become discouraged and frustrated. Those who can work through this frustration will find success. Others will fall off.
While we’re enjoying all of the various theories on how Zero Point works, we still maintain that most are looking in the wrong direction. It is not about chakras and energy centers, deep psychology, ancient texts and the such. We are merely observing external human behavior individually and collectively, then basing decisions upon that – as it allows us to produce a universal title that anyone can run.
As such, if you want to figure out how Zero Point works within yourself, interestingly enough – the solution is to observe and interact with others, recognizing your responses as a self-reflection (rather than projecting).
If i just feel very tired and need to sleep much more can it be recon?
If i am on ql and glm for 5m should i reduce the exposure ?
that’s overload, you need to take a few rest days until it disappears and reduce listening to 1-3 min (or even less)
So I prob know the answer here, but for the sake of keeping things
I start my GLM/Earth cycle on Wednesday(doing a 7-8 day washout since I been on DRR1 4 cycles).
Since both titles are the closest thing we got to ZPU, I want to do the 30 listening session/60 day cycle. My question is; can I start 1st session at 3m? Like is starting 30s mandatory? Pretty sure the answer is, yes I can start at 3m with these guidelines but I want to keep it a buck and be 100% sure.
Makes a lot of sense actually, I felt like my subconscious was getting a bit bored with listening to the same thing and was not getting much results anymore after awhile or it was working through some resistances.
Now doing the 7m it felt like it was being hit with something new & novel and like something different was happening suddenly.
Maybe sometimes a bit of variation is good?
Yes, if you want to do it correctly and follow the recommendations.
If you really think 3m won’t give you any recon, it will take less than a week for you to find out, so what’s the harm in starting the recommended way?
30s → 1m → 3m
If you’re taking Algebra in school, and it’s boring because you need to keep practicing the concepts even though you’ve only understood about half of it (relevant since you said the 3m loop was still working through resistances), so you jump to Calculus for something new and interesting, do you think you’ll be able to fully absorb the new concepts from Calculus? Or is it just fun for now because it’s spiking dopamine from something new? Does it better serve your long-term understanding and objective to master mathematics to jump ahead while you’re still in the process of internalizing the more fundamental concepts?
Not saying the way you went about it is right or wrong, only offering some food for thought.
I did not have any recon the whole day so for now it has been a good experience. Sometimes basing ourselves of what we think is happening brings us to some logical conclusion that makes sense in that context but it may also be completely off.
Actually I felt an intuition to go higher after already spending a full month on 3m to 5m. Maybe it was the right call.
One friend of mine always ran 2x 15m loops according to old instructions no microloops nothing and he always had good results. Still having results today and I don’t think he is running them anymore.
Maybe since we are so into the whole journaling and the improvement of tech and theories about reconciliation we are just overanalysing everything.
The mind is truly also just a very non-linear machine so I am just trying to reconcile my experience between logic as well, like most of us! It is not necessary to gain results but if you want to grow intellectually and in knowledge and understanding it is a worthwhile pursuit I think, in a certain way.
Yeah I totally get you man, intuition is a powerful force. I won’t tell you to ignore that if that’s the direction you’re being pinged to move in!
And it’s interesting you mentioned trying to make logical/intellectual sense of things currently beyond our understanding, sometimes it’s not for us to know why, but to go out and do what we feel we need to do, whether it “makes sense” or not.
If your results are good, follow your intuition man.
“A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, nor can a bad tree bear good fruit.” Matthew 7:18
DOH. I guess going back and reading helps. I was thinking you start at 30s and each listening session only go up by 30s.
instead, it’s pattern: 30s, 1m, 3m, 7m, 15m (full loop).
Damn here I was thinking this was too conservative(going up by only 30s each session), it’s actually the opposite; with the jump from 7m to 15m
You could do that too. You’d get full loop by the end of the circle.
@SaintSovereign
I don’t want to be ‘that guy’ lol, but I am interested in running both Diamond and Spartan: Beast Unleashed as part of a stack of 3 customs.
Both Diamond and Spartan: Beast Unleashed seem a bit different from other subs as, whilst they can be run conventionally as part of a stack, they also mention usage on a more ad hoc basis in the product descriptions, e.g. once a week for Diamond, or 1-2 hours before sex, and before/after workouts with Spartan Beast Unleashed.
So:
-
I was wondering how this updated listening protocol would apply to these two titles (assuming Diamond would be used in a custom with one of the newer anti-recon subs like new Wanted)?
-
for bonus points, in a few posts, on the Spartan Beast Unleashed thread, it looked like Fire was suggesting that because the title was “light to moderate” in density, it could be added as a 3rd core in a custom without being too much. Would be great if one of you could clarify about this?
I was thinking it would be brilliant if I could add Spartan: Beast Unleashed to one of the following customs without overloading?
a) Diamond & new Wanted
b) Paragon Complete & Hero TLTB Earth stage
