I’m still going to hold off a bit to see if maybe QTKS is going to come out earlier than expected, but I’ll be ordering on the 21st if I’ve seen no indication of that.

I’ve been eying that one for a while. Curious to see how it’d rewrite my reality as I run it.

Hard to say. I’ve always been like that, so the change for me would be more in my ability to manage it.

you should wait until the QTKS comes out! :))

agreed on that! Its better to wait that extra month - get the QTKS and start reaping the progress of 10 cycles in one (god speed)

as opposed to the current customs where you’d have to run them much much much longer just to get the same level of results.

Even if you’d have to wait, it will ultimately save you time.

I agree with @Yazooneh and @IRON

I’m just gonna say that this

is an understatement

How much is it worth then, 15 times, 20 or more?
I need factual data

for me personally, a 5 mins loop is worth at least 5 full loops of standard ZPv2.

So 15 times. Nice very nice.
I am going to take a mortgage in order to order some QTKS customs.

After QTSK will be introduced it would not make a reason to listen to normal majors, but of course, money will be an issue. We are going to just make two or three customs rather than listen to majors.

It will be even more expensive with staged ones but one gotta make a sacrifices.

I see my future custom as the best investition into my life and future. No sacrifice made because I cant imagine any better and smarter way to spend my money hahahaa

It is like one cycle of QTSK is worth 15 cycles of ZP2 which is more than a year. This is insane. Even 10 times would be a miracle

@Invictus You’re a tester, correct? I don’t suppose you have a clue as to when it’s going to come out, and how much it’s going to cost, do you?
What I may do is switch on schedule and then get it re made in QTKS when possible. It’s not like the current tech doesn’t work. I will say that money might be a barrier for me if it’s more than a couple hundred.

You know you just made waiting for it much more painful right. :joy:

Nah, there will be a public testing phase first if I’m not wrong, and only after that will it be finalized.
As for the pricing, I think there are still debates going on about it, but in my experience, whatever the price would be, it would be worth it.

At the moment, it’s the difference between being able to try it now, and having to save for it for a while. Maybe I can get in on the public testing though, if it allows me to keep doing my current program.

  • Not a whole lot going on at the moment. Just working and being around the house, so I’m not getting a whole lot of indications that Khan is doing anything or not.
I did have a moment yesterday while I was pumping gas though. It doesn’t really sound like much, but it was definitely something.
As I pulled in, a drop dead gorgeous girl got out of the car on the opposite side of the pump. We made eye contact and both smiled. . I got the impression that I’d made a very good impression even though nothing was said, and nothing else happened.
It occurred to me later that I wouldn’t have even been able to meet her gaze not too long ago, and I’d have dropped my eyes and looked awkward the entire time she was there.
I just enjoyed the moment and stayed calm and comfortable though. I’m not really ready for trying any kind of “game” right there at the gas station, Yet. That’s progress, even though it’s just internal.

  • Were broke again. I got a fairly big paycheck last week, but bills and necessary stuff just ate it all up. Thing is, I’m not freaked about it. No stress at all. This used to cause me a lot every time it happened too. We always make it through, and this time will be no different.
I’m going to have a shitload of OT on my next check too.

  • Tonight was unpleasant. The wife was going off on me for feeding the dog while she was trying to talk to me about something. She yelled at me.
Then the roommate went off on HER. Our roommate is a friend that we met around the same time we met each other. She moved in partly to get out of a bad situation, and partly to help us take care of our son. She’s been living with us for the past six years.
She stood up and yelled at her for a good ten minutes. She said that I can’t do anything right by the wife, that she criticizes everything that I do, and doesn’t talk to me like I’m a human being.
She’s right. I’ve covered it extensively in previous journals, but I kind of stopped noticing because it has backed down quite a bit after she went on better meds. I also give her a pass because one of the effects of MS is personality changes and anger issues.
But the fact is that she is very frequently hypercritical, belittling, and downright degrading when she speaks to me.
According to her, everything is my fault, I never do anything right, and everything I say or do is wrong.
Why do I put up with it? The primary reason is that being treated with contempt by the people closest to me is my normal. In that it’s what I grew up with. I allowed myself to get into a situation that mirrors what I grew up with.
That is a fairly normal thing for someone who isn’t self aware and working on the problems that their past has given them.

Is it normal/usual for the roommate to defend you like that?
