The in ear monitors I had been using were uncomfortable to the point of painfulness.
Bluetooth phones are better than in ears but still shitty.

Did run the DR Ultima v2 a couple of times during the weekend.
I have been playing around with running Ultimas through headphones while repeating a mantra “om gum ganapatyei namaha” as a meditation.
Not just one track, of course, but I realized I am about a week beyond three full months running Dragon Reborn.

Basically I am listening to my subs pretty much straight through for 5 to 7 hours and after that not at all until I come back to my office the next day.
I am not sure what the consensus is on running subs back to back vs. spaced throughout the day.
Have been thinking about Stoicism. Seems useful as a strategy for life.
