Do you even lift bro?

Oh yeah, turns out I already did EDT style of training, it’s great to burn fat  and it build muscle like crazy. Only problem is that it’s painful as hell.

I AM! I’m pumped as shit to try Wanted QZP’s healing and Diamond. I can start to see some of Wanted QZP’s effect right now, but there is still that identity shift that needs to happen so I can see myself as a Wanted man. Wanted QZP will probably create that bloom, so I’m curious to see what will happen in the days after I run Wanted QZP.

Today’s intuitive workout is going to be based on Fst-7 and something I like to call “total beat down” :muscle:t3::wink:

@Invictus I ran Spartan for four months total, from February to May. Three of those months were on the original Q and one month was QV2. @Ice will recognize most of this, I’m summarizing some messages we had between each other.

  • With fasting, dieting, and working out I was able to lose 40lbs. I have gained some of that weight back, but I still do intermittent fasting to ensure I don’t go overboard.

  • Will power came in the form of dieting and fasting. During that time I picked up intermittent fasting. Intermittent fasting is still a habit to this day.

  • At work, willpower also helped with passing on meals. The fire department I work at goes out for a lot of meals. I was able to skip on those meals with no issue, even on places I enjoy eating from.

  • The mental toughness showed in my commitment to working out. I’ve never been someone into fitness so going to the gym no matter how I was feeling was a huge thing for me.

  • Also I gained a lack of fear and became more decisive. It’s what lead me to start listening to wealth subliminals. I enjoy being a firefighter but don’t see myself doing it forever. Spartan gave me the mental strength to go for those goals and start looking into alternative ways of making money.

  • Health-wise it’s hard to pinpoint if it was Spartan specifically(I was also listening to Emperor Fitness and Paragon during this time), but I was able to recover from a major health issue I’ve had for years.

I saw @Simon ask about what subliminals would help with habit formation among other things. I saw Saint say that Chosen and Limitless would help with that, but I feel like Spartan also will help in those areas based on my experience.

What would be your favorite workout regimen when access to gym is not possible?

I don’t know, I don’t workout when gym is closed :kissing:

For me, it is resistance bands. You can buy also a door anchor and you are set.

I switch to calisthenics workout (Bodyweight workout), there’s a whole sub reddit for this. best plan etc. Thought I don’t like it as much as gym.

Currently loving the nSuns 531, 5 days version.

There’s even an app for the iPhone to track your progress, tell you your workouts, how much you should be doing, etc.

When we had a lockdown I have been exercising like this at home all the time.

100-% agreed on resistance bands, you’d be surprised at the sheer amount of exercises that can be done. You could basically do 99% of lifts in the gym with resistance bands and a door anchor, and the variable resistance leads to great strength.

Only downside is also a positive depending on how you look at it, which is the impact of the weight on your bones.

For sure bro… Resistance bands sound very promising and suitable for what I seek. I’ll order it with a door anchor later this week.

I use Undersun’s band set, very durable equipment with a lifetime warranty and it comes included with a training program. A little pricey compared to competitors but very much worth it IMO.

The program is super helpful to get used to the lifts and the types of variations that you can expect with bands in general.

Edit: and would you look at that, they’re running a site-wide 25% off special right now. That’s awesome, they don’t run that kind of sale very often.
