Work Status: Working every day, 12-hour shifts
Schedule: 20 days with no days off

Reflection:
I discovered that I’m fickle AF, and that has held me back in life.

Life Goals:

• When I was 20, my goal was to move out of the country,
• But I got stuck, distracted, and became passive AF.
• In the last 2 years, I often thought it was better to move,
• Then I changed my mind just a few weeks later.
• Now I am certain I want to move. No more changing.
• For better or worse, I am moving.

Priority:
Earning money and trading is now my top priority.

Busy as hell with work, but I still managed to listen to Emperor on day 19.

Tomorrow, December 2nd, 2025, is the last day of this cycle.

I’ve been working without any days off for 24 days straight.

I plan to continue this until January 2nd, 2026, to take advantage of the extra holiday pay during Christmas and New Year’s.

I wanted to stop earlier, but the extra pay is too tempting.

I do feel tired sometimes, but the money motivates me. When I start trading and studying trading seriously, I’ll be working fewer days, so I need to save for trading costs like prop firms, Discord, platform fees, and savings.

Working 12-hour shifts is no joke. Lesson learned: don’t come back to this kind of schedule, and treat trading like a business & stop fucking around.

Day#1 of washout -3 December 2025

Completed my cycle yesterday by listening to 1 Loop of Emperor & then 1 loop of ascension chamber

Lately, I’ve been losing my temper pretty easily. Not sure if it’s because of Recon or just having no days off.

Saw something on a TV show that stuck with me: the calmest person rules the world; the short-tempered one does not. Something worth remembering.

Working everyday, getting fed up with disrespectful people.Anger is showing,don’t know if it’s cause if no off days.

I’m exhausted…I’ve been working for 33 days straight. I need to check my finances to see if I can afford to take a day off soon. I’m thinking about taking one or two days to rest.

Or just work 2 days a week and study

I’ve been working for 36 days straight without a day off. Working 12 hours everyday is no joke,no work life balance…I plan to take a long break after my Christmas shifts … just 11 more shifts to go! After that, I’ll focus on studying and trading, while picking up weekend work and whenever I have extra time.

Next Ascension chamber days are on December 22

This cycle I will count listening days.I be Abit flexible if I miss a extra day,but once I remember I will just listen.and every 7 listening day,I will listen to AC.Take a 5 days break after hitting 30 days of listening.

For this round, I’m only doing 7 minutes of Emperor every other day.I may lesser it, depends too.Some days may be less,some days more.

Lately, I’ve been processing a lot.
My main focus is my first prop firm payout and improving myself.
I’ve lost interest in entertainment…Feels like back in 2017–2020.
My thoughts run deep, like fixing the engineering behind how I think.

I remember how Mike Tyson’s trainer, Cus, made him do hypnosis, affirmations, and reading.Interesting…

Been enjoying posts by @skadoosh.
His advice fits what I’m going through in Emperor like now,shedding old habits, even the ones I like.

Its hard to describe the way I feel now…But overall it’s good…

It’s a tough phase, but I’ll keep going. The only way is through.
