4/10 – Day 11: Listening Day

  • Got 8 hours of rest today — first time in a long while.
  • Relapsed yesterday; goal now is to stay clean from monday for the rest of the cycle.
  • Cycle status: 10 days left (5 listening days).

Plans & Goals:

  • Starting intermittent fasting on Monday, 6 October.
  • Need to lose 20.4 pounds to reach healthy BMI; already lost some but still work to do.
  • Tummy sticking out and chest fat developing — can’t fit many shirts.
  • Always say I’ll work out and not relapse but procrastinate; time to act with baby steps.

  • Focus: Stop talking about it, start doing.

Money & Work:

  • After pay on Tuesday, 7 October, will have only $200 loan debt remaining.
  • Supervisor asked about next week’s schedule — plan to work Tuesday to Sunday (if paid before shift Tuesday).
  • Saving to afford trading course and get Prop firm account.
  • Plan: Trade Monday–Thursday, work Friday–Sunday for steady income.
  • Goal: Avoid emotional trading, stay disciplined, and get a payout (no matter how small).

Health & Lifestyle:

  • From Monday: Fast as long as possible daily, eat nutritious meals, and workout.
  • Prioritize consistency and discipline every day.

I’m currently on a washout phase(Day5) since I messed up my listening schedule
no big deal, tomorrow is Day #1 again, and I’m ready to reset with purpose.

I’ve officially quit smoking, and I’m committed to avoiding alcohol while I get back in shape. Lately, I’ve been more active than ever, and I’m finding it harder to finish my meals, which is a positive change. My body is adjusting, and my discipline is growing.

With cigarettes gone (and they’re crazy expensive anyway), I’ll be able to save more money and invest it in things that actually build me up.

Yesterday, I relapsed, but only smoked two sticks while drinking. I regretted it immediately …I didn’t even enjoy the alcohol, and I struggled to finish the cigarette. That was a wake-up call. I need to learn to say NO, even when it’s hard, and stand firm when I’m around friends.

I realize there’s a part of loneliness I have to face … I’ve been using alcohol and cigarettes to fill that void. In the past, when I quit, I noticed fewer people reached out, and I used that as an excuse to relapse. But now I know this journey is about self-respect, discipline, and growth, not validation from others.

I’m not starting over; I’m starting stronger.

Yesterday, I listened to 2 full loops of Emperor (EMP) and one loop of Ascension Chamber (AC).

Nothing much to report. Had a haircut today, feel good to be fresh. I’ve been eating way less and have lost some weight. Will officially weigh myself soon.

I am moving more, walking more, and smoking lesser. I am committed to soon quit all habits and be sober. I have already let go of drinking, and I’m dodging social meetings for now, until I feel I can be around drinkers and smokers and not partake.

No listening day

Yesterday (Sunday, 19 October 2025) I listened to Emperor for two loops. The effects are starting to settle in. I can feel a quiet mental shift
A growing sense of clarity, focus, and control.

My appetite is still lower than usual, which helps me stay disciplined. I’m slowly becoming more aware of how I use my time and energy. Smoking and procrastination are still things I’m working on, but each day I’m building more self-awareness and willpower to overcome them.

My top priority remains to save money for my course and stay committed to progress. I’ve been maintaining semen retention, and the energy boost is noticeable. It fuels my motivation, discipline, and confidence throughout the day.

I’m also keeping my eyes on the goal of joining a boxing gym. Boxing represents discipline, strength, and self-mastery…everything I want to develop within myself.

Tomorrow (Day 5 21 Oct 2025) will be another listening day, and I plan to fit in at least one loop of Emperor, possibly during my lunch break. The key is consistency. Each loop, each action, each decision adds up.

I’m building myself into a stronger, more focused, and unshakable version of me.

I relapsed out of boredom, but that doesn’t define me. What matters is that I’m still here, still pushing forward, and still choosing growth over comfort.
Sometimes I fool myself into thinking I have time, when in truth, the only real time is now. My goals are huge, maybe even intimidating, but impossible? Never

I’ve already lost about 3 lbs, and that’s proof that progress is real if I keep moving.

Tomorrow, I’m running it back: Emperor 2 loops, then the Ascension Chamber.

Progress & Reflections

The physical results are starting to show: I’ve lost 8 Pounds so far. It might even be a bit more as I didn’t weigh myself on an empty stomach. I’ve found myself moving around more, just doing chores and being generally more active.

Friday, November 7, 2025 (Washout Day #1)

I’ve completed my 21 days of Emperor. My biggest takeaway is to stop talking & start doing. I’ve been talking a lot but taking less action… getting lost in fantasy & caring too much about people who don’t really care.

On the bright side, I’ve got a job near my place. Starting tomorrow, I’ll be working nine days straight, which is great because it’ll help me pay off my loan completely & start saving.

My next goal is to settle my insurance payments. It’s a hassle, but it needs to be done, even if it’s not urgent.

Once that’s out of the way, I can finally focus on building my savings and getting back into trading.
It’s hard to study or trade with all these pending matters weighing on my mind.

For the next cycle, I think I’ll be running Emperor again.
Thinking of adding BDLM, but for what…

Money? Transformation is more important, so I want to resist adding anything else to Emperor…unless it’s Rich Trader :rofl:

Tuesday, November 11, 2025 (Washout Day #5)

Last day of washout and tomorrow begins a new cycle. Still smoking, but I’ve cut down drastically,progress I’m proud of. I’ve realized from experience that trying to quit everything at once doesn’t work for me. Taking steady, realistic steps is better.

I’ve been working nonstop since Saturday, running on little sleep, but I can feel procrastination fading. I actually want to work daily and save every bit I can. Going back to work made me remember how much I wanted to trade, and how I didn’t use my money wisely when I had the chance. But there’s no point in dwelling on the past.

I’ve been on semen retention for a few days now (a week maybe, idk). I don’t even know how many days, and I don’t care. In the past I used to be obsessed with counting, but going forward I don’t want to count days. I just want to stay consistent and focused.

The goal now is simple: work, train, and save as much as possible by Christmas. Then it’s back to trading and studying, stronger, wiser, and more focused than before.

2nd Cycle of Emperor

Today marks 5 consecutive working days on a 12-hour shift. Feeling tired, but something inside pushes me to keep going.
Managed to settle half of my credit card loan, and it should be fully paid off by the end of the week.
Next goal: clear the outstanding insurance payments.

Haven’t worked out yet, as my body clock is still adjusting to the shifts.

Overall, the mind stays focused on money and progress.

I’ve been working every day, nine days straight, and this coming week will be the same with no days off. I’ve already settled my bank loan completely, and now only have my insurance payment and a small credit card balance under $60 left.

After that, I can start saving for trading. Once I begin trading with prop firms and join a trader Discord that includes courses and live trading, I’ll start to reduce my workdays. The goal is to build a safety net so I won’t chase profits recklessly.

I can’t tolerate disrespect from anyone, whether friends or family. I know I don’t need to be around anyone…
I have my goals, and myself is enough. Life is already tough, and I don’t need any negativity dragging me down. Isolation brings elevation.

I’m planning to change my phone number and go ghost on everyone. I’ll keep my current number for a month for logistics while I update my new number onprop firms, email, Discord, SubClub, bank accounts, and other platforms.

I think now I understand why those who have used Emperor eventually go ghost on this platform

The focus, discipline, & transformation it brings makes you realize that solitude often leads to strength.

Day 11 Saturday day 22 November 2025

Listened to Emperor for 1 Loop.

Was feeling fatigued yesterday, took a power nap, feeling better now.

Just till Mid January 2026, then I can slow down working (Probably move to working on the weekends) and concentrate on studying & trading.
With money in the bank I can take my time absorbing the material

Still smoking dem ciggaretes but cut down a lot already. I am challenging myself to smoke less and less. Like I’ve been smoking half sticks and then cutting them off then I smoke the rest when I have an urge… Have bought some chewing gum (shipping it to me) to combat the cravings.

Working out is tough, I am giving myself some lee way cause I am working 12 hour shifts, and have been eating less. I have cut off caffeine for almost 2 weeks.

PMO side too, though I purposely relapsed (To match my quit smoking streak), which was stupid. Only to smoke cigarettes later. But I found myself not liking any x-rated things that I used to like. Usually, people who say they relapsed get a chaser effect; now I don’t find any appealing to do it. I will stop being such an OCD/Perfectionist, trying to keep all the quitting dates to match…

Anyways I feel a drive towards achievement and wealth then woman, friends & hanging out. I cut off a family member quietly who tried to disrespect me.

Side note I Can’t wait for this no days off work to be over with then I can start doing what I really love, working out and trading.

So far, I feel this subliminal has helped me achieve these objectives (taken from the sales page):
