- Got 8 hours of rest today — first time in a long while.
- Relapsed yesterday; goal now is to stay clean from monday for the rest of the cycle.
- Cycle status: 10 days left (5 listening days).
Plans & Goals:
- Starting intermittent fasting on Monday, 6 October.
- Need to lose 20.4 pounds to reach healthy BMI; already lost some but still work to do.
- Tummy sticking out and chest fat developing — can’t fit many shirts.
- Always say I’ll work out and not relapse but procrastinate; time to act with baby steps.
-From Monday is monk mode - Focus: Stop talking about it, start doing.
Money & Work:
- After pay on Tuesday, 7 October, will have only $200 loan debt remaining.
- Supervisor asked about next week’s schedule — plan to work Tuesday to Sunday (if paid before shift Tuesday).
- Saving to afford trading course and get Prop firm account.
- Plan: Trade Monday–Thursday, work Friday–Sunday for steady income.
- Goal: Avoid emotional trading, stay disciplined, and get a payout (no matter how small).
