I canāt remember if I listened after thisā¦Damn so forgetfulā¦As of 8 march 2026 I still didnāt listen yetā¦So Iāll just continue the cycle.

Still canāt handle full 3 minutes yet. Anger / irritation comes up very easily and quickly. Decided to lower the listening time for now to keep things manageable.
Grateful that the anger hasnāt spilled over into trading at all. My PDLL is properly set and it literally saved the account multiple times already.
Context from a couple weeks back: during one of my evals I hit 4 consecutive PDLL days.
My PDLL size is usually $200ā$300 per day (depending on whether there is red-folder news or similar), then I had a few $1000+ days that pushed me through to pass the account. With this particular prop firm I historically always struggled to pass evals, but those days of tilting hard are over. Now I simply walk away ā whether the day is red or green.
Yesterday and today I made roughly $300ā$400 each account and stopped. No greed pushing me to keep going anymore. Could be the RT effect starting to show. Iām currently about halfway to passing this one. Already have my personal account running and a funded account waiting to be activated. Plan is to trade them one by one very deliberately.
Since I just received my first payout recently, I want to say this clearly: I am still nowhere near a consistently good trader. One mistake I made right after the first payout was trying to jump on many accounts at once. Total waste of money and focus. Fortunately I realized it fast and shifted mindset. Less is more. Focusing on these 3 accounts only and staying mindful.

Log update: Saw more morons thinking trading is easy ā ājust listen to this sub and get rich.ā LOL. The opposite of what real pros like @SaintSovereign preach.
Trading is the hardest thing most people will ever do ā psychology, discipline, risk control, endless testing. No magic pill, no quick audio.
To anyone reading this log: Donāt be like these fantasyland people. Put in the work or stay broke dreaming.

Passed another eval account ā thatās two in a row! One last week and another this week. I took a two-day break, but Iāll start listening to the 1-minute track again soon. Lately, Iāve been getting irritated pretty easily ā¦Luckily, nothing serious happened, just me silently cursing people out in five different languages, haha! Later, Iāll probably listen to 1 minute of RT & EMP.Lessen it from 3 minā¦I canāt take 3 min without extended break
