Some results:

  • Created a plan of action for the next few years
  • Waking up before alarm goes off
  • Eyes are less dry (need to use fewer lubricating drops throughout the day)
  • Removing distractions (social media, YouTube, video games, etc.)
  • Clearing out the old (Shredding old papers, deleting old computer files, etc.)
