Bought a few subliminals, what to listen to?

With all due respect dont listen to Sebastian on what he says about heartsong. It doesn’t cause “turmoil” in existing relationships. Its for manifesting an ideal partner OR making an existing relationship prosper. Those who say that heartsong causes turmoil clearly don’t understand that their relationships needed healing in the first place. If there is something in your relationship that is harming you or your partner and is making you both suffer, heartsong will lead you to eventually have a conversation about it so that it can be dealt with and moved on. You are building something together. Something lasting and unshakable. Everything else crumbles in seconds. If you dont sit down with your loved one and make sure to resolve the things that are biting you both in the butt, youll have what most people have - fickle relationships that break in seconds or passive aggressive dynamic together. You are building an empire for you and your loved one to rule over and take care of. It is meant to be beautiful the way youd like it. Your shared home. It takes work to build a bond like that. HS is perfect for making your loved one more open, loving, passionate, trusting etc etc. I believe it would be a great choice for you and the results can be felt very very soon.

Now if people run away from heartsong because it causes “turmoil”, it only means that they are too afraid to confront and kill the demons that are slowly killing your relationship like some parasite. Its better to have those few important conversations and live a life of bliss than to suffer and constantly dodge the steps to growth in this area of life.

well，that part I dont have a saying here，cuz ，I have no experience in that domain…some one with more experiences might chime in….

if you have some experiences with sub previously ，then you are good to go…I think every one did make a good point…eventually，you just have to trust your intuition…reading through the sale copies.which one is most appealing to you…that one probably is the answer…. :wink:

Ok, I would like to have conversations that would help us heal our relationship (actually that’s the only thing I ever wanted), but could Heartsong make both parties more understanding and empathetic so we can have a calm conversation?

Sometimes we have communication issues and we don’t understand each other well, that’s how our fight unusually starts. :grimacing:

1000% its a long run game but with each cycle you feel it more. I ran it 10 cycles and the changes in my significant other are HUUUUGE. I hesitate to give HS full credit but it will do really well if you keep it around.

no only three at a time! Perhaps heartsong will make your nights more fun. Or you could always switch it with love bomb later on. Then back up when you feel like you are happy again. I recommend sticking with each sub minimum 3 cycles before you switch them up. Its just enough time to give you enough results.

me personally, I like masked just because I get paranoid with ultrasonic. The kind of “is it on?” and “Can my brain hear it properly now?”. But both work the same.

here are some schedules you can use:

day 1 : 1st sub + 2nd sub
day 2 : rest
day 3 : rest
day 4 : 3rd sub + ascencion chamber (if you decide to listen to it)
day 5 : rest
day 6 : rest
repeat.

or even

day 1 : 1st sub + 2nd sub
day 2 : rest
day 3 : rest
day 4 : rest
day 5 : 3rd sub + ascencion chamber (if you decide to listen to it)
day 6 : rest
day 7 : rest
day 8 : rest
repeat.

ascencion chamber is free kind of a booster. It doesnt count as a major sub on its own so you can run it without having to remove any of your subs from the stack. (This counts only for ascencion chamber)

If you have any recon (headache, emotional turmoil, wanting to switch subs, thinking you are not getting any results even though you clearly are etc etc)

  • drink as much water as possible under one hour
  • take a walk outside
  • eat a chocolate / snack
  • journal / write your heart out about it

if the recon keeps on coming back and you want to reduce it,

  • instead of listening to full subliminla (15 min) - start with microloop (30 seconds)
  • and with time, move up if you feel comfortable - 1 min, 3min, 5min, 7min, 9min, 11min, 13min, 15min (not sure if these are the right times to up the listening time, you might want to check that out around the forum still
  • or even take extra rest days just to give your mind time to process!

It only once? I am not an overly sensitive person, my body is used to subliminals and energies. :slight_smile:

no dont do that ever. Subclub subliminals are nothing like the subs youd see on youtube where they tell you to listen to them 2/3 times or ever as much as youd like. When you listen to subclub subliminals, you have to understand these are very very very very very powerful. One loop is more than enough. Any more will just give you headache. Less is more when it comes to this. Sometimes adding more rest days in between can make you get more results in a long run too! How crazy is that? Even 30 seconds every 3rd day is super super powerful. No need to push it.

me neither. I dont get recon often yet I want to milk these as much as possible and so I let my mind process the sub and execute it on the rest days. Imagine someone gave you super dope gear - with a new huge lava axe - you want to use it for a bit before you go back to the blacksmith asking him to sharpen it again right? Thats the same with subs. You listen to one loop - go out into the world - have fun, enjoy your results and come back when the time is right to get it sharpened again. I personally have 3 rest days in between listening days and this way I get the most out of it. Please I know that many other producers go with the mentality - more is better - but here it is literally the opposite. Less listening will give you MORE results.

ALSO NOTE : If anyone would ever decide to listen to lets say - one subliminal every day - even multiple times, they will :

  • have tons of headache
  • make their brain stonewall the sub - resulting in the sub literally not getting in there anymore in a long run. If you push too hard against the guidelines that are here and overexpose over and over again, your mind will block the whole script and not let it in anymore.

ALSO it is officially advised that if youre actively listening to any other subs out there, dont mix subliminal club subs with subs from other producers. Drop the other ones out there you literally dont need anything more than this.

@traumjager My suggestion is Ascension for Women + Love Bomb for now and leave Heartsong for later. The two subs alone are able to cover 80% of your objectives. The consensus is that the more subs one listens to the longer they take effects; one might stretch one too thin with more directions (meaning different sub goals) and the more changes in different area. That’s my take.

Excellent advice, especially @IRON.

I’ll just add to consider microloops until sweet spot method. That’s the way we recommend the most at the moment. Very simple in execution - start with 30 seconds, increase by 10 to 30 seconds every listen until you hit a point where the reconciliation is too much. It’s good to read up on reconciliation to know what to expect.

30 seconds starting off might not seem like much, but the goal is to gradually ease into the program and quickly find the optimal listening time specifically for you and your listening situation, as everyone is different - some can experience reconciliation at as low as 60 seconds for example, on specific titles that really hit them deep.

Works, just ease into it and start with one, gradually building up to a full stack.

That is correct (well, you could, we can’t stop you - but it’s not recommended and it likely would be way too much). Once you’ve ran the stack for a while and hopefully did it one by one (so that you know the approximate feel and effects of each title), you’ll be better equipped to know which one to swap out or not.

Do i have to increase seconds evey listen, or same principles (increasing weights at gym) goes as well as with subliminals, like listening same duration in example for a week to minds (body) adaption and then increase?

I can easily run LB solo for the next year. It would probably surprise all of you. If I can get past feeling like I have to be in a hurry and allow myself to slow down that could happen.

@Jouissance I still don’t entirely understand how you all can be so patient and run the same title for however many years. Maybe that’s part of my problem and why results are slow.

Maybe I need to run something forever. I don’t know.

I have never ran a title solo for a year, I don’t know anyone who has.

The “driving” title method is best.

I ran EOG1 for 9 months straight. Always stuck to it.

Apart from that, I still stack switched like crazy. But I always made sure 50% or more of my listening time was EOG1, and that no matter what subs I switched, EOG1 was always there.

Commit to one sub. Play around with others
