That quote above is a very good summary of the two titles, adapted to my situation. But here the trouble starts. Of course I want to remove all troubles from my relationship and don’t want that my wife get’s angry. But given the framework I’m beliving in, that everything that happens to me is my responsibility or at least I play a role in the behavior of my wife, Sanguine seems to be a good choice, too.
Yesterday I started listening to Boundaries in Marriage and it revealed a lot of things I could have done different or better in the past, that facilitated the current situation. My current situation is, not to release my wife of any responsibility of her behaviour, also an outcome of my own behavior and lack of setting boundaries, etc. And here, I think Sanguine can be of great help.
During this week I discovered, that my wife really loves me, but that she has a hard time not falling in behavior that does not facilitate love but the opposite (childhood trauma thing).
My concern with Heartsong is the follwing: as I run Phoenix and Love Bomb For Humanity earlier this year I grew more empathetic and loving. But that had a backslash to it. Because I understand her better and could feel her pain more, etc. I weakened boundaries more, because I thought it would help her, overcome things. So I had accomplished the opposite effect of what I wanted. For Heartsong I have the concern that I also will lean more into her wantings instead of my own well-beeing.
I’d advice you to do some proper research on HS.
Read the copy a few times, read the thread, some journals, some posts (Especially of Iron).
It’s not like they advertise HS as a miracle cure for damaged relationships. HS often leads to difficult and unangenehme conversations.
But in the end the relationship gets better.
It helps you heal all your wounds concerning relationships. So I firmly believe, that you will not just make you weaken your boundaries.
Rather the opposite. You’ll be able to communicate your boundaries in a loving way so she can accept them easier.

Washout from Friday until Thursday.
That’s so true. Friday I felt big on energy, Khan Black Stage 3 full on, that led to a big confrontation in my relationship where a lot came out on the table. It made it clear that my wife is BIG into me and loves me deeply, but has some troubles with insecurities and difficult behavior. We made big steps towards a better relationship and I could establish some boundaries and nonnegotiables. The inner frame Emperor and Khan Black are building inside me, is astonishing. It helped to lead the conversations the right way and I could make clear where some boundaries lie that are not to be crossed.
I will follow @Parsifal advice and will add Heartsong as my third title, as soon as the next cycle is over (next cycle is Emperor and Khan Black Stage 4).

Perhaps throw in a full loop of HS before washout. That’s how I often introduce new subs

I’m in washout since Friday, but yesterday I had a BIG low and I decided to run a loop of LBFH. The result was quick. I felt released, the rest of the day was very productive and easy going.

Also, your insights on Primal Romance are appealing to me. I don’t know why, but I have some reservations about Heartsong, not so about Primal Romance (the description appeals more to me, than the Heartsong one).

Yesterday evening had again an argument with my wife. But also this time it had a good end. It appears that we are growing. This evening I will start with Primal Romance.
My stack for this cycle will be:
- Khan Black Stage 4
- Primal Romance
- Emperor
After this cycle I plan to replace Emperor (after one year of running it) with Emperor Daddy. Shoutout to @PizzaShaman

It’s insane. After running Primal Romance for one loop on Thursday I was able to resolve my blockage regarding introducing my wife to the subs (see above). I bought Paragon for her, and she is already running it since Friday. She took it absolutely cool and with big interest. As a yoga teacher, she was also capable of guiding the subliminal consciously. Introduced to lessen her headache, it cured almost instantly her cold, leading to less headache and a better feeling. She also showed a lot of interest in the subs for self-love (aka Love Bomb). I asked her to be patient and will introduce her to Love Bomb after one cycle of paragon. Primal Romance is very potent. It also helped to feel more connected and passionate. Especially for me, I was able to open up and feel more secure.

Primal Romance’s diamond scripting is real. Experienced it yesterday.
I didn’t want to mix too many titles, so I decided to have a break with Emperor. Next cycle I plan to add Emperor Daddy to the mix (as replacement of Emperor).

Primal Romance is a fantastic sub. Since I’m running it since last week, my relationship with my wife got way better. It even is some romantic flair and passion in the air. Like it was at the beginning of the relationship (despite the difficulties we had only some days earlier). It feels like freshly fallen in love. And not only do I feel it, my wife also reacts to it in the same way. The sex is incredible, I never got my wife so quick and to so many orgasms as I do with Primal Romance
