I would like to hear other users opinions please on the following question about FRUSTRATION
.
Frustration can have many layers and origins.
It is an emotion that can come up from any type of unmet need.
It can occur regardless whether the need is a real need or just an imagined need.
It can also occur as an emotion during recon or during regular life.
As for the recon, I think the emotion of frustration occurs when there is a gap between a desired reality and the current actual reality.
I.e. the same gap that becomes obvious during the reconciliation process.
This gap represents an unmet need.
The unmet need triggers frustration.
In your opinion, what is the best title for:
- Enduring frustration and learning to endure frustration
- Dealing with frustration and learning to deal with frustration
- Rising above frustration and maybe even learning to not react emotionally frustrated in the first place
Thank you in advance.
