Beginner stack help

Hello, I’m new here and I’m looking for the best beginner stack, from reading the forum it seems like Ascension and Love Bomb is the best stack for beginners.

Im also thinking about doing Ascension + Khan Black, or Ascended Mogul I don’t know.

If someone can help I will appreciate it :pray:t3:

You can check Genesis products alongside the Ascension…

Also maybe do not rush to “stack” from the get go and try to feel some programs “solo” in order to understand what they do for you and not to overload…

Love Bomb might not be best for beginners since some people reported recon from the program… But if the program resonates with you, go for it…

I don’t know if it resonate with me, I just think that self love is important and from reading the forum a lot of people said that LB is important for a strong foundation

  1. Start out with what goals you’re trying to accomplish in the near future. Pick subs that align with them. Start slowly(microloops) and pick less dense subs(Genesis, Sanguine, Ascension) before picking up the heavy hitters(Khans, Dragon Reborn etc). Listen to yourself before simply copying what works for others. You are on your own individual journey. You first have to find out what you really want and what kind of actions you can do to get what you want.
  1. Genesis(solo) works well for finding out what you want to do.

  2. Khan Black and Love Bomb are heavy-hitters in my experience. Pick them up later when you have refined your goals. Genesis, some of the easier healing titles, Sanguine and Ascension are good beginner subs which will give you a good foundation if you stick to them for several cycles.
Since you’re concerned about self-love, you could give Love Bomb a try, but fair warning, start with microloops(30 seconds to 3m) and get to know what recon looks and feels like for you, personally. Adjust accordingly.

  3. Stick to running easier titles and run them solo. Most likely you’ll get more out of them than immediately jumping on a dense two or three title stack. Run them, work on your goals, and periodically check the objectives, until you’ve accomplished most of them. Then you can begin to think about other subs.

Thanks a lot, so I should do Genesis or Ascension?

How about Ascended Mogul and Limitless Executive? Can this be a good starting stack?

What @GoldenBird said is golden.
Seriously.

I know fomo myself, but start slow.
1 sub only for the first month.
Learn to feel the sub, to feel behavioral changes, mood swings etc.
Just How you react to a sub.

It doesn’t matter if you’re new to personality development, mental alchemy, or shadowwork, or if you’ve been working on yourself for decades.
SC subs work in their very distinctive way and you need first to learn how they feel while they work in you.

Do you have concrete goals that led you to SC?
Based on that we can recommend certain subs.
If you strive “just” to improve your life/personality in general, Ascension, Ascended Mogul, Genesis or Genesis:Mogul are good fits.
Especially Ascension has a very narrow range and is often pretty fast acting so you get a feeling for it.

Yes that’s the goal, general life improvement.

More specific goals will be a masculine mindset, wealth building, improving social skills, becoming smarter, make more friends.

Maybe Daredevil and Limitless would suit?

For wealth I’d go with Genesis: Mogul.

New Limitless for the intelligence boost.

For the social skills/masculine mindset one of New Primal, New Daredevil or New Love Bomb.

If you didn’t already, I’d recommend reading the masterclass

or Stark for ALL of these goals

There is that too. I went with the titles with new upgrades over Stark. Stark could be ok for a new user. Maybe.

I wouldn’t care for new updates if one sub could complete all of my goals

Most of the subs I use are old tech. They are not bad… They are very good even without the updates and also the updates are on their way

It doesn’t matter what kind of sub, it matters for what and what purpose you are moving?! Take any and work on yourself

We only have 5 months left in the year.

  1. Put your two most important goals that you want to achieve this year

  2. Pick the two subs that relate the most to those goals.

  3. Take a ton of action.

  4. Forget anything else

In January of next year, evaluate what you have achieved then keep running the same subs or pick new ones if you have different goals.

So I chose Limitless and Daredevil, I also want to do Muay Thai but all classes are at evening and I work at the evening so for now I have to put it on hold, will have to figure that out.

Maybe find a new job

Run Stark as it encompasses everything you mentioned. It’s a really versatile sub and don’t let anyone dissuade you by telling you it’s too advanced.

Stark is the best sub I’ve ever run in terms of personal growth.

Stack it with the Muay Thai sub.
