Now that’s some real dedication :+1:

What is your opinion on the naturally derived sweetener (stevia/erythritol/monkfruit)? I know that any time the body senses sweetness in the tongue, it reduces the amount of ketone production (Im guessing here, haven’t researched it / anectodtal).

Just add butter to a frappacuino and you should be good

lol no sugar or milk,

I don’t do keto regularly, I may do a full keto day every now and then.
I just look to do protein, salads, and vegetables, and every other day I’ll do carbs, white rice, sourdough, yams.

I’ve just found what works best for my well being and performance. I’d lose weight faster or possibly be healthier, if I did keto, but that’s not a priority right now

I don’t believe any science properly accounts for individual response, the science is a good bluerprint but the map is not the territory and only each of us can find what works best (as long as were not bsing ourselves). But it’s good to be realistic with what were sustainably willing to do. I am not sustainably willing to do keto or carnivore diet as a lifestyle. And if someone is and benefits from it, tremendous respect to that @Lion

great question

here’s two highlights from a google search

Stevia has been found to increase insulin sensitivity in rodent models (Chang, Wu, Liu, & Cheng, 2005) and to have beneficial effects on blood glucose and insulin levels in human studies (Curi 1986; Gregersen, Jeppesen, Holst, & Hermansen, 2004), which suggests it may have a role in food intake regulation.Mar 18, 2010

Stevia is great for people with diabetes and will not raise blood sugar levels . It’s actually my sweetener of choice. So, what is Stevia ? Stevia is a completely natural sweetener since it’s simply an extract from the leaves of the plant species Stevia Rebaudiana.Feb 17, 2018

Musings:

when you destroy you limits you will be faced with the freedom to do what you’ve been wanting,
I’ve found people, and myself, unconsciously keep limits in place not just because of conditioning that leads to limiting beliefs, but to avoid actually having to come face to face with having what they want.

Spend to long in the space of infinite possibility without acting, you’ll find limits to justify not going in any direction.

Musings:

I got this article in a newsletter and I believe it applies incredibly way to sub stack construction

Article:
There seems to be a natural rhythm to the cycle of personal evolution:

Stage 1… Simplicity

Stage 2… Complexity

Stage 3… Simpl exity

Learning how to lean intentionally into these patterns seems to dramatically increase your speed of evolution and self-mastery.

Stage 1: Simplicity

You must learn how to set simple, clear, and measurable goals.

(google “AIM SMART goal setting” if you don’t know how to do this).

Stage 2: Complexity

Sometimes life refuses to let things be simple.

It will put you in situations where your simple goals must morph into multi-faceted web of variables to deal with the complexity of your current reality.

Other times, you will voluntarily embrace the complexity on your own…

You might do this because a touch more sophistication in your strategy unlocks a disproportionate amount more payoff.

The problem is that complexity is taxing on our psychological systems. Our brain doesn’t like to juggle a ton of different things.

This naturally leads to stress and breakdown…

Stage 3: Simplexity

The state of simplexity is achieved when you produce simple systems to manage complex variables.

So for example someone who has developed a mature productivity system that is simple enough to be manageable and sustainable, but complex enough to handle whatever life throws at them.

@Azriel - this Simplicity, Complexity, Simplexity paradigm is very useful. Thanks for sharing, man.

I’ve been avoiding my journal lately
I find myself a little disenchanted with the forum lately,
Partially because I’m increasingly focused on the next phase of my life but also
because i realize, my mode of operation has always been understanding, figuring it out.

Now were all so deep in new, experimental, and individualized (custom) territory that we are all on our journey and no one has any real answers any more.

We are each just leading the charge in our own direction and looking to offer what we can based on our findings.

I need to shift my mode of operation into discovery, rather than searching for anything definitive.

Don’t get me wrong, I have a lot of love for many here and always appreciate it when it’s about support, intelligence, community, finding the best for ourselves and each other.

To me who people are shines through pretty obviously even on this medium.

So the big update for me is I’m face to face with where I am passive/waiting vs. active/making things happen, and when to be patient vs. taking action. Sometimes the best action is inaction, especially in dating.

I’m finishing my corticosteroid and antibiotic cycle and it has wiped me out, and helped minimally, I can’t wait to be fully off and moving back into some normalcy.

Everything in my life is easy now, work is mastered, and I’m actively focusing on learning new skills, learning about entrepreneurship, finance, coaching, some writing.

I’m staying on top of workout’s and mobility, even though I don’t feel great.

I see for the first time ever, every single challenge, whether physical, mental, existential, I’m at the source of all of it. There is nothing ‘out there’ making life difficult for me, it is all inside me, my beliefs, energy, sensibilities. This is kind of mind-blowing but I see how I can be responsible for all of it. I’ve spent so many years, fighting out there, I feel like a bit like a bird who got out of the cage and doesn’t know what to do lol I almost need a new energy source-challenge seems appropriate. A new clear vision.

I’ve been afraid of all the possibilities and petrified by the multiplicity of it, and now I am afraid to be someone who doesn’t simply do what I need to do in action and reflection to move into the next phase. I’m getting a little bored of hearing myself in this space, but this does feel/occur like progess.

I also see what has bothered me about work-is that I’ve been impotent and passive about my situation. Yes I’ve learned and developed internally and externally and am now in a much more advantageous positions-financially and otherwise-but we all know when we are doing the right thing for our lives and potential and it’s clear to me I am not.

My continued stack this week is Emperor Terminus X, Azriel Q, HOM, and some khan stage 1. For Ultima I’m doing Rebirth and Libertine (date week). I will rotate something out for my new healing custom starting next week.

Next month I will modify Azriel Q to include some new modules and put HOM in a custom with mind’s eye-then I’ll be locked in for the next 6 months with those 3 customs as bases.

You right about that…

@Simon post about khan and emperor really made me act towards and in alignment to a sub.

can you point me towards which post your referring too?

So for me if you like the sales page of a sub doesnt mean it will fit you or you will be able to steer it. Many including myself used a sub took min action or wrong direction action and got little to no results and then read journals that have 5 times more results that me…

Excellent, great posts thanks
This is extremely clarifying
I wonder how EOG fits into that on the money making side?

@Simon -thoughts on this and/or the EOG archtype ?

so khan seems to be working out for you in this manner?

I don’t have a direct vehicle to focus my hard-work/productivity on outside of work-so my focus has been on discovering that. Khan and Stark both are closer to my current outside work paths of financial gain.
But HOM tips the scales in the social, sales, presentation favor

Oh yes it is…
I always wondered why people are not fear full of me or do as they please not in a bad way…
And after reading simons post i realised that khan is working.
I even tried to force myself to get angry at people…and then realised why??when khan is a social beast…
How will i get famous if i dont socialise with people…smile greet go out there…basically advertise myself.
Now the next point is taking action on stage 1 is simply socialising in person. So that TB can identify aspects of neagtive programming and thus break it down. If i dont take action on stage one then all the sub can do is heal general issues not specific to me…i dont know if this explains well …lol

Correct.

You might enjoy this post. It’s my ideas about how to journal for EOG stage 1
As you go about taking social actions, you can do something similar for Khan stage 1.
