Thank you for sharing your story, there are a couple of things that i will mention that not only help you greatly but will boost the effects of the subs:

  • Start Meditating, if you are not the kind of person who can sit down for a couple of minutes go walk in nature, or read a book in nature, or just do an activity with just yourself, the purpose is to “ear yourself” to use every sense to enjoy the experience, in tibet i would do walking meditations with the monks, when you look you think they are just walking, but inside there is a method working.
  • Change your diet, yes sounds crazy right? Most people dont even know how what you eat not only changes your chemistry ( Hormones,feelings, thoughts), i am not saying to go Vegan but go search and do a proper diet to your body( it will boost all other areas)
  • Remove toxic people from your life, this including family
  • Do some concentration exercises, read letters from an entire page would help greatly with this or stare at a flame
  • Read,Read,Read and educate yourself, when you read you free your mind from the constrains of society, from the false beliefs that we all think it was true.
  • Do some breathing exercises, this is huge bcs not only can it bring new CHI or QI into your system it will purify your nervouse system and chakras, search for Pranayama Breathing… this alone has the power to change your life, the way you breath is the way you walk on life, most people dont even know how to breath… funny isnt it?
  • Go into a Martial Art training, specially if it has a spiritual component to it…it will help you reduce fear of confrontation and in the future might help you stop an attacked to actually harm you physically.
  • Create Daily Routines and Dayly,Weekly and Monthly goals.

The process is way more than this but i am working and writing this post at the same time.

The martial arts have helped me more than anything else other than subs, but I’m going to disagree with you somewhat.
The spiritual aspect is not important for helping with these kind of problems. What will grow the confidence is training in a way that has you hitting and taking hits, and manhandling people and being manhandled. It’s stress inoculation and you start to realize that you could win if any (normal) confrontation became physical.

Thanks all, appreciate all the advice and kind words. I will stick by ascension by itself untill I get the desired results. No point in jumping to another sub, once I find my sweet spot with Ascension, il slowly integrate regeneration.

As for the healthy habits and other changes @Elme recommend, I will also start to integrate, diet wise this past year I’ve changed it to better, since my sr makes you eat healthy and cut out negative habits. Next goal il start meditating, and yeah I know about the chi and Qi and the importance of breath work. I take some tips from the channel sexual kung fu. Il look up pranayama breathing, for now I’m learning testicular breathing.

@Michel is rebirth Ultima better than regeneration? And since it’s Ultima title does it dig deep to heal past issues, trauma? Maybe later il get that, but from what I’ve read here Khan st1 total breakdown helped users massively, from what they said and observed. I wanted to get Khan solely because of its total breakdown stage. Or maybe even include it in a custom with other alpha and healing titles? What you all think? Ofcourse this won’t be till I see results with Ascension. Starting Sunday il be restarting it Ascension alone and like @COWolfe mentioned, run it for a while.

Also, following Hermits advice and Saints as well. Upping the loops, running it by itself, and changing my listening pattern and modify accordingly.

Rebirth Ultima is supposed to be temporary (or permanent, didn’t really understand it) but could give you a quick mental view change boost.

RegenerationQ is still the one for trauma. When Elixir becomes Ultima you can switch to that for more trauma releasing.

That’s what confused me, because Rebirth felt a like a mini sub with a narrower focus, whereas something like Libertine had a clear temporary aim. But I guess it’s all moot point now when they’re made with the same build.

I vote Elixir Ultima, as well. Thank you for the idea!

I think it would be great to update all the superchargers to Ultima, and keep a version with the audible script of guided meditation because I like having something to meditate to some times.

Doesn’t phoenix down bring ‘trauma’ to conscious awareness, for users to work with it?
