Another general question: can you think of a point in your life when the anxiety seemed to spike up or to increase significantly? Or is it something that has seemed to always be with you (e.g., since childhood or adolescence)?
It has always been there. I suppose it has waxed and waned in response to environmental stimuli, but not in extremes.
The only thing that has reduced it was hypnosis, as far as I can tell.

Having a tough time working out which cores would be best for my goals, which are basically to feel more comfortable and relaxed in my own skin. I think I have a nice set of modules I’d like to work with, but trying to determine the main core is more difficult.

I keep musing upon this idea of a healing sub, and not knowing quite how to configure it and figuring that no one quite knows how it should go; it’s an experiment. I can be too perfectionistic in a world that leaves those who cannot decide behind.
I had flooding in my basement after torrential downpours last night. This fucked up my workout area and I need to figure out how to reconstitute it at least partially in my living room.
Luckily I live by myself. No wife to object to my jury rigged living room exercise solutions.
Felt pretty unsettled today. I am really not getting out of the house much and have gone very little to stores. The county I work in had one of the worst coronavirus rates in the state, though the county next to it, where I live, had a very low infection rate.
I usually visit my mom quite a bit in the Summer, but her area is seeing a major outbreak of coronavirus over the last two weeks.
I have only been listening to Aegis a bit recently. My main stack is still Ascension, Primal Seduction and Spartan.
I’ve been doing well with my strength training lately, but otherwise have had little opportunity to take action, except in terms of sweet talking and romancing the ladies on-line.
I have also been thinking about a masculinity and money custom built around Stark.

Well, I am running it in conjunction with Primal Seduction and Spartan, so I think it can be tough to disentangle.
I’d like to eventually stack two customs long term, one for healing and the other dealing with masculine power and money.
Pondering a different take on the money and masculinity concept that would stack Stark with Ultimate Artist and either Ascended Mogul, Quantum Limitless’s 4th stage or just the standard Limitless.

So it looks like I will likely end up doing the Ultima test and will need to shut down the masked subliminals that I have been running 24 /7 on set it and forget it. To take the place of the subliminals I have searched for and found white noise to play in their place. I am so used to having the masked sound to help me sleep at night.
Have you been running Q subliminals 24/7 on set it and forget it? Or older versions?
How has it affected you?
I run 24/7 yes with Q. I think they are working fine. Maybe less would be better but, honestly I cannot see why. I did take a 3.5 day break recently and it did not seem to catalyze anything different.
With the Ultima trial I will only be running the track one time a day and running nothing else.
