i have use QL st1 to completely improve my mental limits. I couldn’t cross 5 to 7 minutes. Now it is more than 10minutes for most subs.
People like to freak out over not having mind-blowing energetic experiences or not having to listen for hours a day, almost as if they believe real changes cannot come without extreme suffering or pushing themselves to the limit.
Fancy energetic experiences don’t matter. You can get one by just focusing on your finger for an hour straight - it’s nothing special. Can get it from any YouTube modality of self-improvement. It’s easy.
Extreme suffering or forcing yourself is also not necessary - what’s necessary is the proper dosage, dependent on each individual’s unique inner makeup.
Actual real results and transformation is what matters. If you’re getting changes on 30 seconds, enjoy it, and if you want to increase it for experimentation sake, do it slowly with a couple seconds here and there - but there’s no need if you’re getting good results.
Good results always trump any self-made ideas, concepts, wild experimentations, fancy phenomena, etc. Use that as your core metric.
I was under the impression it had to be done in 30s increments.
Oh boy my stack. Well I’ve been on HoT for about 5 months now. Genesis for the last two. Prior to that it was Phoenix instead of Genesis. I’ve been pretty consistent. I might have to look back on my journal to see patterns of what was working for me.
This is the heart of my issue. Logically I know this isn’t the case but I’m stuck in patterns of doing this to myself because it’s all I’ve known for most of my life.
Is there anything you’d recommend running that could squash that so I don’t impulsively keep doing it? I just went through my journal and I wrote this exact same experience months ago so apparently awareness isn’t enough for me. There’s something else causing this.
And trust me I realize how dumb it is to keep making the same mistake over and over but not learning from it.
I’m curious, who says this?

Thanks! If Saint said eventually increase, then the time frame will be different for everyone so it’s when you’re ready. So maybe it’s not that you can never tell when to increase your exposure, but maybe it’s really that you may need to learn a way of understanding that for yourself perhaps
I think you’re right. I think I have to deconstruct my more self critical habits that cause me to believe I’m not doing enough by running 30s.
Then deconstruct a way my friend and only more power to you!
When you find your sweet spot of not too much reconciliation but enough to be progressing steadily, you are golden.

I am finally getting to a happy, comfortable life and my parents dont understand me at all anymore…they keep telling me, that in life you have to push yourself…that doing things you dont like to do (all the shoulds) is part of life…
For me, khan changed that i stopped overexposing myself massively…and lovebomb put it further so that i just listen as much so that i dont experience any recon anymore. I am done with leading a life in heavy recon. My life changes fast enough when i am doing good. Subs are a toop so my life gets better, not something for me to fuck myself up.
That definitely echoes my own experiences of how all this works. Now to just stay on 30s because I know that’s the sweet spot for me right now.
So this discussion is funny most people in that thread or community didn’t know about set and forget method we were usually listening to hours hours in a day . That was the industry overall then subliminal club upgraded the game to a much different one 15 minutes loops … Use that it’s just 15 minutes not 12 or 18 hours. 15 minutes and your mind will execute beautifully and at the same time you Train your mind to deal with that level of information . But 30 second and when you increase it to one minute you get recon . Hit the 15 minutes buddy…
You have to be careful saying stuff like this. That’s your personal experience with 15 minutes. I’m not as impressionable but you could very well lead someone else down a road of frustration.
I mean, nothing is stopping you even from adding 1 sec each time - there are hundreds of pages of the script compressed into 15 min track, surely there’s going to be some comprehensible (to your subconscious) input in even 1 sec.
Also, make sure to take more action in order to allign yourself more with the objective. This might be blocking your progress. I thought I take enough action but once I clarified my framework, I realized that I basically did nothing lol
Yeah, I’ve seen that lots of times on the forums. People running microloops and getting bad recon.
On the other hand, I’ve experienced myself my mind accommodating to more and more subliminal input (proceeding in accordance with sweet spot method) really fast multiple times. However, we need to remember what Fire mentioned above:
and proceed cautiously.
Knowing your reconciliation cycle is key here.
Just going straight into 15 minutes loops can easily lead to stonewalling which IMO is often worse than “normal” recon, as nothing moves at all anymore for a while.
Starting with micro loops and very slowly increasing is good and recommended.
Regarding recon: In my experience one factor a bit underdiscussed is how/if you expect recon. As with many aspects subliminal recon can give a lot of projection space for FUD. If I sit alone at home, listen to a sub and waiting for recon to hit, “recon” will hit. (probably with a good bit of autosuggestion)
To change my attitude towards recon/subs in the beginning it helped me to listen to my favourite music, watch ARCHER (my TV happy place) or enjoy a lovely choco tartelette while listening to it. Scent often helps too.
Even better’s listening to a sub and going straight into action taking. (e. g. listening to a social sub and heading straight to a party with friends.) And not thinking about the sub at all, but concentrating on the (party) action.
I never experienced stonewalling on ZP and I’ve run almost 50% what’s on the store in ZP, trying various listening patterns. Yet, we’re all unique.
What people mistake for stonewalling is reconciliation fog that clouds our results’ perception.
This is definitely something I haven’t considered, thank you. I’ve probably got a lot of conditioning and bad associations that could use rewiring to make the whole event of listening to the subs feel good vs preparing for battle.
Some might. For me stonewalling is different. (I had it a couple of months shortly after the introduction of ZP while “overdosing”.) I had bad recon, listened to even more subs, the recon vanished, I (relatively suddenly) had a pretty clear mind (I’ve a lot of experience with brainfog), so no recon, but also no results, no feeling of “the subconscious is working on something”, no pressure inside the mind. Nothing of the sort. It was a weird and quite distinct feeling. A bit like a mental lane closure.
So, yeah, we are all pretty unique.
