Absolutely. It’s true that acceptance is a key element in moving forward. Sometimes, when we resist our emotions or difficult situations, they tend to just linger. It’s great to hear that you’re bouncing back.
When I find myself in challenging situations or under pressure, I often rely on conscious positive self-talk and deep breathing too. Taking that moment to clear your thoughts and reset can make a big difference. Keep up the positive mindset, and remember that small, consistent steps lead to lasting progress.
A keto diet can indeed be effective for weight loss. It’s all about choosing the diet plan that works for you and staying consistent 80% of the time. You get to screw up 20% of the time without feeling guilty about it.
You’re on the right track!
I’ll stick with it though because I’m usually always hungry but there’s not so much hunger eating this way. Hopefully I’ll be in a better mood soon, I must be having sugar withdrawals. I’ll probably do short loops again tomorrow, to avoid overloading myself with too much stress. I also have a few jobs on tomorrow and hopefully the physical activity will get me in ketosis faster.
