Well I bought the keto foods this morning so I’ll give it a trial run this week.I feel pretty crappy at the moment but I was reading that you feel this way until you go into ketosis, then you feel good again. Hunger levels are non-existent, I might even skip lunch and eat only an early dinner. Hopefully ketosis comes fast for me.

Unrelated, I was thinking about how I felt mad at people who had screwed me over in the past and I bet it has something to do with PCC. I could better identify the power moves people put on me and it made me angry that I took it and didn’t stand up for myself. I think I was coming to terms with that.

Day 8

Holy shit brothers, I am psycho on this keto diet :rage: I’ll stick with it though because I’m usually always hungry but there’s not so much hunger eating this way. Hopefully I’ll be in a better mood soon, I must be having sugar withdrawals. I’ll probably do short loops again tomorrow, to avoid overloading myself with too much stress. I also have a few jobs on tomorrow and hopefully the physical activity will get me in ketosis faster.

You are not supposed to be hungry all the times on keto, if you are hungry eat more fat more protein.

The point of this diet is eating when you are hungry and stopping when you are full, no need to count calories when you are not eating carbs.

It’s been good for hunger. I’m normally hungry all the time but since cutting carbs I have not been hungry at all.

I’m feeling better today, way more relaxed. I must have been having sugar withdrawals yesterday because I felt really irritable towards the wife and kids. They were getting on my nerves big time.

I’m scheduling workouts on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings, otherwise I won’t do it. I’ll also weigh myself once a week on Monday to make sure I’m on track.

I did full loops this morning because I was feeling good. I did feel a bit lazy at work today though and I attribute that to the diet change. I don’t even know if I’m in ketosis because I can’t notice any difference. I know you can buy urine strips but what difference does it make, I’m either in ketosis now or I will be soon.

I have moments of missing Genesis and DR:LD and wonder if I changed subs too soon. Another guy here gave me the thought to stack Genesis with Ascended Mogul which is an idea that has been on my mind today. When I focus too much on subs like this I think I get worse results. It seems to work better to pick the right subs for my goals and then pretend I’m not even running them. For that reason too, I feel like this current stack would have been better to hold off on until next year. Not to worry, I’ll finish this cycle and then decide what’s next.

Day 10

I’m thinking about dropping this sub stack. It’s too hard to run, maybe I’m not ready for it. I think Genesis was working better as I was making good business and life progress and now I’m feeling stuck again.

So, I was probably having a bit of a panic attack when I posted that :sob:

I ended up having a really good day, so far at least, but I have thought more about these subs. I seem a bit too sensitive to the listening instructions. I think I might do Genesis and DR:LD a little longer before switching back to this stack. There’s still some fear that limits me which makes me feel stuck with this stack.

I’ll probably start a new journal or who knows, I might not bother at all. I was thinking to run Genesis on Monday and Friday, and DR:LD on Wednesday, taking Monday off every 3rd week. I think that would work better with my tolerance levels to these subs, optimising results while limiting any recon effects.

This week I’m just going to completely wash out, only focus on sticking to this diet and the workouts. Then next week add the subliminals back in. I’ve also been giving some more thought to semen retention and giving that a proper effort to see if it helps with things like energy, mood and confidence. I probably have sex two times per week on average and jerk off once or twice too.

You can create Customer Avatars for your dream clients. Use the conversations you’ve had with these clients as a starting point.

What were their questions for you? What were their concerns? What’s the problem they are looking to solve? Did they ask for these services or did you sell them on the services?

Then start creating marketing messages that address those problems & concerns in the language of your target customers.

Yes, I will start out with shorter loops. I still might ditch this sub for the moment, I can’t function properly on it at the moment but I know it will serve me well in the near future. I’ll just have to ease into it more next time.

Thanks man, that’s a really good idea. There’s tons to marketing I have no idea about and your post really reflected that reality. I’ll take note of your idea and explore marketing more. I usually get chat AI to do marketing and written communication if I’m unsure what to write.

Day 11

Still having some pretty intense dreams and feeling a bit blah. I might run a short loop of Genesis later and see if it ‘snaps me out of it’. The diet is still on point although my energy is not as good. I read it can take weeks if not months to fully fat adapt so hopefully it improves because I’m happy with the fast results. I’m looking and feeling way slimmer already, down to 97.7kg today. I couldn’t help but weigh myself again. I’m going to do a job this morning that I ran out of time for yesterday and then I’ll come home and workout. I might do the Genesis loop then and see what happens, then do a proper washout for a few days. I read 3 days might be enough, especially with the shorter cycle.

When I first got into keto, there came a point where I wasn’t hungry and it was just eating because it was time. Find a tub of extra virgin coconut oil, it’ll last awhile and you can add fat and calories just add it to your coffee eat it by itself or put it in your protein shake. When you get used to keto you’ll actually feel better, that’s what I like about it. When I get back into ketosis after taking a break it’s always like why did I ever give it up?

I bought a jar coconut oil on the weekend. I ate a few spoonfuls yesterday morning but wasn’t a big fan of the taste. I am drinking it right now in my black coffee, it’s pretty good in coffee so thanks for that tip.

I can definitely see potential in the diet as a permanent way of eating and not just for weight loss. I’m feeling more relaxed at night, my skin looks clearer, my blood pressure is way down from 135/80 on average to 115/70, my hunger is reduced and I’m sleeping right through the night. The only downside is the lack of motivation / energy and not being able to smash something sugary, but I’m trying to think of the food as fuel and not pleasure. If the energy levels improve then it will be perfect.

Once you understand how to communicate to your target customers in a way that moves them to action and you deliver the goods, you’ll be unstoppable.

You could bundle the scarifying, coring, and top dressing as “Field of Dreams” lawn service, as long as it engages and/or moves your customers to action.

Something you might want to try which helps with determining how long you should listen to the loops for. If you play one of the subs and bring attention to your body sometimes you can feel when it’s “enough”. It’s hard to explain. I would go in 30 second increments and see where the sweet spot is for yourself. I’ve noticed it can be different for certain subs sometimes.

That’s a pretty niche market service the dethatching, coring, scarification, top soiling work but definitely good money for those who are happy to pay and want a smick lawn. I had to hire equipment to do that job but doing more lawn renovation type work with my own equipment is something that might be worth getting into some day. I see where you’re coming from with the marketing. I’ll definitely start to read and learn more because it’s another area I can improve on for growth potential.

I’m trying to be as positive as possible with it all because it feels like people aren’t willing to spend much money right now with the economy seemingly on the verge of collapse with interest rate hikes and cost of living crisis. But I just got to keep improving and myself and hope everything works out.

Thanks for those tips man. I will try to notice what you describe. I actually did a 5 minute loop of Genesis followed by a 3 minute loop of DR:LD after I posted this morning and I have been feeling way less bogged down. Some positivity returned and a smile on my face. Kind of like it put me more in the moment and to worry less about everything that needs to be done.

I think something in the True Sell + PCC combo really conflicted with my current beliefs or limits. I know True Sell will help me in the future but with that one I’ll definitely be starting off with short loops and building up by 30s like you say until I find a sweet spot.

Day 11 continued…

Genesis - 5 minutes
DR:LD - 3 minutes

I had a good day, but I’m too tired to workout. I’m going to do it first thing in morning from now on. It only takes 10-15 minutes but I want to add more on if weight stalls.

That keto energy today was working for me. Easily the best day yet (keto day #5). It’s not the rush to get it done type of energy but the chilled pace, I could go all day type of energy. It suits me well.

I don’t know what impact changing those subs had but it felt like a positive one. I don’t even know what I’ve been freaking out over. I’ll washout now for 4 days and start a new cycle with the subs I used today. I’ll keep this journal because the goals are the same and I will go back to True Sell soon. Next cycle I’m going to start loops small and add 30s until it feels like the sweet spot. I thought I had a strong mind but those subs wrecked me :joy:

It will be good to start again on Monday. Subs, keto and 3 workouts while I get a ton of other shit done. I’m kind of interested in the sexual transmutation I read about on Kahn black thread but I don’t know if I’ll bother with that or not yet.
