I’m starting a new journal because after running Genesis and DR:LD for a while, I’ve decided to go in a different direction and use True Sell and PCC.

My goals are business (increase income), and health (lose weight). After reading through a bunch of subliminal descriptions and objectives, this combination feels like the best choice.

I want to be a better communicator and negotiator. I know I could get more work with better pay if I was able to act confidently and sell myself. Let’s see what this sub combination can unleash!

Day 1

PCC - 15 minutes

I could not resist listening to the loops today, even though I had planned to start tomorrow. I did complete the full 5 day washout after my last sub cycle as per the instructions.

There’s not much to report yet, as I’m at home alone but I feel a little hazy after the loops. I’ll see how things go tomorrow when I’m out and about. I’m excited for this one.

Thanks for the advice, Legacy of the Spartan does sound good. I’ll keep that in mind for further down the road if I have problems or stall on the weight loss.

Day 2

I had a lot of dreams last night, a very different type of dreaming compared to the last sub stack. The dreams were much more chilled and relaxed, like a completely connected feeling while in the company of others.

Normally I’d wake up with a shot of anxiety induced adrenaline to start the day, but today it was an effort to get myself out of bed. During the day, I felt clear minded, witty and playful.

I ate healthy after too much junk food yesterday. I also did my first workout, a strength and conditioning session. I’ll do that 2-3 times a week. I don’t anticipate looking like Mr Universe, but it’d be nice to have a toned look as I lose weight :muscle:

Day 3

I slept really well again last night. If this sub stack has anything to do with it, then it’s worth running just for the sleep improvement. I did dream again, they were fear based this time but things worked out well in the dreams which felt like light healing. It’s almost like they’re telling me not to be afraid because nothing is as bad as what you think.

I pulled up well after yesterday’s workout and I feel close to 100% health again. I planned to journal later in the day during this stack but I think I prefer doing it early in the day to help reflect and focus.

I’ll be busy scarifying, coring and top dressing a lawn today. I love it when clients want these services at the beginning of spring because the results blow them away. It’s also the type of client I want to keep. The one off clean ups of feral properties and difficult clients who don’t appreciate the services are the ones I’d like to weed out, pardon the pun.

Awesome stack, I’ll be following, but I have no idea what true sell or PCC have to do with weight loss. It sounds like you have some really interesting connections between them and weight loss that I’d love to hear! Can you share a bit more about why the 2 seemed like a good fit for weight loss? Maybe PCC helping you cut through your own BS?

Thanks man. I read your message at lunch time but I didn’t have time to reply.

It’s because the lean and muscular look provides me an instant higher status in peoples minds. Especially the work I do, for example if I quote a potential client’s job and they perceives me by how I look as being able to provide more value, then there’s a good chance I’ll get the job at healthy dollar amount as compared to old ‘lazy fatso’ who the client may perceive as providing less value.

The second benefit to being in better shape is to make the job easier, allowing me to do more work in a shorter time. So, it’s basically for confidence and image, to sell myself well so I get more work and better pay, and to also be better at the work I do. Plus being healthier and feeling good is a solid bonus that should not be ignored.

I hope I answered the question well, I feel a bit spaced out from working hard today but it should give me some bonus points for fitness and weight loss. I predict a weight drop for tomorrow unless I have a diet fail tonight :joy:

When I was picking up supplies today, I had a guy make a snide remark to which I had an instant response that invoked a laugh. It’s funny to notice how certain people enjoy playing the game of power. I do admit, it is fun when you’re switched into it :grinning:

I’m having good interactions with people, I am already noticing a big difference. It’s just what I’d hope for, so I’m pleased. My responses are short and fast, with the other person usually smiling or laughing in response. Very different to my normal logical, problem solving communication style which works with some people but for the most part does not.

Day 4

I had a terrible sleep. First woken by my feral neighbours fighting at 11pm, then woken again after midnight when the police knocked at my door. They thought the fighting was at our house after someone reported it. I found it hard to get back to sleep afterwards :sleeping: I felt really hot like I’d overdone it physically yesterday :joy:

I’m aiming to lose about 2kg every 26 day sub cycle. Each time I break through a new kilo barrier is a type of milestone. I looked through some old notes and I was 103.9kg not long ago so I’m doing alright. I lost a few kilo then stalled for a fair while until I declared here that I would do something about it while running Genesis.

I’ll use some time today to regather my thoughts and unwind. I’ve been so busy I’m starting to lose sight of priorities of tasks. It might be time to break out the pen and notebook to help bring back some order :slightly_smiling_face:

I’ll also get a workout in this afternoon if I have the energy. That will have me hit my two times workout minimum goal for the week.

I feel slightly overloaded today and I had the idea to do a loop of Genesis to replace True Sell + PCC on occassion. Originally I was in two minds about adding Genesis to the stack and running 3 subs, but I decided against because I didn’t want to spread things too thin. Perhaps I can utilise Genesis on a need to use basis when I’m feeling overloaded from the other two subs.

It makes sense that True Sell would be a more difficult sub for me to run as the objectives grate on my introverted personality and current confidence to promote and sell myself. It’s a big step up. I’ll see how I’m feeling by Saturday, the next listening day, before I make a decision to use Genesis because I could be just having an off day.

I don’t think I’ll workout today either. I have a long drive tomorrow that I’m kind of dreading but I will have the weekend to get my second workout for the week done :white_check_mark:

Now I have no computer, other than a surface go that I haven’t been using, my phone use has increased. Mostly this site and a few work related Facebook groups I’ve been sinking too much time into. I’m going to download a usage monitor app and start cutting back time spent on my phone :white_check_mark:

I’m feeling a bit better today, and I should be back to normal tomorrow. I might have pushed myself too hard physically early in the week.

I’ll be driving a fair bit the next few days, finally living up to my handle :joy: but yeah, I’m feeling a bit crushed by responsibility, chasing more work and juggling everything else that comes along with a wife and 3 kids. The temptations to run Genesis is there but I want to use these subs as a tool to guide me towards goals and not as a cure for what ails me. For that reason, I’ll stay with the plan and push on :white_check_mark:

Well, driving sucks. Only 3 hours of it tomorrow after 4 today, so that’s a bit better. I’ve been eating bad the past few days too. I want to get back on top of the diet before my weight starts creeping back up.

I think I’m having some recon, I just don’t feel right. I’ve been thinking of the past and times people have wronged me and I fantasise about having these moments in time again so I can yell in their face “F you C”. I wonder what parts of this sub stack might be bringing up these angry feelings and I wonder what the best way is to move past it. I guess I just have to give things time to resolve although I don’t like feeling this way. I might drop back to 5 minute loops tomorrow to give my mind some space to reach an equilibrium point.

I see that you weight yourself almost every day, if i can give you advice is to weight yourself at max once a week for two reasons.

  1. Weight flactuatuons, you can lose or gain half a kg everyday and it wont be fat, most likely water.
  2. Its not healthy for the mind to obsess about the weight especially the head hundreds of grams you are losing or gaining.

If you weight yourself once a week you can see real progress, if you have zero progress in a week than you know you need to change something, maybe eat less workout more.

You cant assess progress in a day so you cant change accordingly.

I hope you understand what im saying because my presentation in not that good.

Thanks for that insight. I’m not put off by the daily weight fluctuations but you are probably right in that it’s a waste of time. I might weigh myself less often, once a week or even less. That way I can get a nice surprise and see some real progress. I’m aiming for a minimum of 2kg loss a month. I wonder if weighing myself on the first day of each month, as today is, would be a good strategy. Then I can see if I’ve hit my monthly targets.

Weighting yourself once a mount would he great, than you can adjust the next month accordingly.

Another advice, read and watch videos about the carnivore diet, its the best diet for fat loss and gives the fastest results.

Both me and @Lion had great results with that diet.

I lost 8kg in around 3 weeks, keep in my that i was lean before the diet so if you have a lot of fat you might even loss more weight.
