Day 12 (Washout day #1)

I went to bed too late last night. I got stuck watching a tv series and binge watched until 1am.

Had some urge for carbs today, dunno if it’s from tiredness or what but mostly just feel like eating some roasted potatoes. I ate skin on chicken drumsticks, avocado and almonds instead. I did a fair bit of physical work yesterday which seemed to really increase my appetite today, even for keto foods. I might try just smaller keto meals only when hungry because it doesn’t take a lot of food to feel satiated, so long as I give it 10-15 minutes to settle.

I think I might run genesis solo for a while because it does have what I need. I think I get greedy, expecting better results by adding more such as DR:LD. I get off to good starts with subs but quickly overload probably for the same reason of wanting better results. This time I’ll run genesis solo starting at 3 minute loops every other day and see how that goes.

Day 13 (Washout #2)

So I was talking to my nephew for a while yesterday, he’s 18. He was ‘red pilling’ me which I enjoyed but it’s everything I’ve heard before. I’m just happy that he is working, going to gym and thinking about stuff instead of being depressed like a lot of young people seem to be these days. He gave me a few ideas with workouts so I’m going to set up a better routine that should work and take things to a new level that in all fairness shouldn’t be too hard to do from my current level :joy:

The week went alright but I’m not doing much today (Friday). I have a feeling things are going to improve. I’ve a lot of work next week that will keep me out of trouble and I’ll make a return to the Genesis sub.

Still washing out. I’ve actually been doing cardio on the treadmill yesterday and today. I’m going to do 3 days of cardio in a row and then one day of weight exercises. I’m feeling thinner already and I feel like I have a unstoppable mindset now to lose this weight.

I decided to start a new log for Genesis solo. I’ll call it getting back in the driver’s seat or some such thing :grin: I’ll leave it till Monday as a starting point to wash out a bit more and get myself prepared over the weekend for the new run. I need to be organised next week, I have a tight schedule. I’ll do workouts early in the morning because I never have any energy after work.

Washout day 4

This will be the last post here. I start genesis tomorrow, I’m looking forward to it.

Diet is still on point. Well I did stuff up one day a few days back and ate a bunch of carbs. It was that night after I busted my arse…I kind of felt sick on the keto diet for some reason after a day of hard physical labour. The carbs didn’t seem to make much difference though to my progress, the next day I wasn’t hungry and I got straight back on low carb. I know now when I’m in ketosis because my wife can’t stand the smell on my breath :sweat_smile: it’s good though for the weight loss, man I’m putting my socks on now in the morning like an athlete :grin:

So sorry to those guys who were interested in following the true sell and PCC combo. I’ll definitely come back to this one but I think a bit more time with Genesis is what I need at the moment. So I’ll sign off on this one for now.
