Day 12 (Washout day #1)
I went to bed too late last night. I got stuck watching a tv series and binge watched until 1am.
Had some urge for carbs today, dunno if it’s from tiredness or what but mostly just feel like eating some roasted potatoes. I ate skin on chicken drumsticks, avocado and almonds instead. I did a fair bit of physical work yesterday which seemed to really increase my appetite today, even for keto foods. I might try just smaller keto meals only when hungry because it doesn’t take a lot of food to feel satiated, so long as I give it 10-15 minutes to settle.
I think I might run genesis solo for a while because it does have what I need. I think I get greedy, expecting better results by adding more such as DR:LD. I get off to good starts with subs but quickly overload probably for the same reason of wanting better results. This time I’ll run genesis solo starting at 3 minute loops every other day and see how that goes.
