Feeling Alchemist 2’s effect the whole day. Possibly related, tangible sensation in chest, best I can describe it is “something spinning”.
Upsetting dream about office vermin rudely asking for my help and then making parting shots after I give the solution to them, as they did IRL.
Guess the “no bad dreams” of the first Alchemist run was a fluke. 
Followup dream involved going out with my parents and my father suddenly praising me, which is unexpected but I guess is a good thing.
Perhaps influenced by the bad dream, in a glass-half-empty state so far today. E.g. caught a shiny on the way to work but grumbling that it’s one I already have; did well in 2v2 foosball according to the only competitive player, but internally salty about the 1 loss to someone I didn’t want to lose to; that sort of thing.
Instead of KB3 + Alchemist 2 this morning, did Quantum Limitless 1 3min. No head denseness, no nerve pain, may have contributed to foosball wins. …Still smarting over the loss though.
Intent is to work up to QL3 again.
Guess trailer effects is a real thing for me. On the bus back, rewrote some notes on my phone smoothly with more detail.
Got moving on delving into new subjects at home.
Today’s theme is being repeatedly disrupted and hindered 
Temper feels like first gear revving with the brake on.
Flip side, received a lot of free stuff in the evening. 
Alchemist 2, then probably ate something bad and ran Paragon 5min yesterday. Stomach fine now.
Long dramatic dreams again, this time about WW2, pilots, aliens
Really bad case of intrusive thoughts/images today.
Lethargic, and slight caffeine withdrawal today.
The left arm pain associated with QL1 has returned.
A lot of intrusive thoughts this week, a lot of energy and time spent just fighting them off.
Reread QL1’s description and the explicit healing involved.
Given that I respond poorly to Love Bomb and DRR, perhaps this also explains the recent surge of intrusive thoughts, and the consistent left arm trouble.
Although, I respond well to Paragon’s healing, and never experienced left arm pain on Paragon. Probably, as speculated before, because it’s framed in terms of health.
Yesterday’s thoughts led to extended thoughts on, euphemistically, general education vs neurodivergents.
Usual weird dreams, woke up craving for some honey cream cake which I don’t know if it exists.
