@qOS

if you were to make a bingo chart of all the same actions that need to be taken on emperor, Primal seduction, WDB, GLM, Lots and maybe essence become the prize, to fulfill the script…what would they be

for emperor its easy because the sales page objectives are clear cut, save money, do something related to debt relief, work out, lift weights, study, start a business etc., you get the point

the others are a little more vague, yea you can talk to women and be in a place where women tend to go but are there other actions we can take that build up to that

right now I’m on action oriented mode now that I’m on my washout so I want to take as much action as humanly possible

@qOS is there any value in adding ESSENCE: Clear Sight to a custom containing the Beyond Limitless core? BL already contains significant scripting to enhance visualization - e.g. Tesla’s Mind Theatre and Thought-Cinema. Would ESSENCE: Clear Sight add anything new?

@qOS is there any value in adding Essence: Bulletproof Focus to a custom containing Quantum Limitless ST3 core and Essence: The Still Point of Work, or is all its scripting essentially covered by those two?

@qOS another queation in relation to my current stack Primal + R.I.C.H and dragon reborn regeneration. Im thinking of adding True Sell, but unsure if it is necessary, and if so which one of the titles should i replace from my current stack?

I am in sales, as a recruitment consultant, so i build my portfolio of clients, and at the same time sell the role/opportunities to candidates.

I think my stack covers many areas required in sales: confidence, remove fear of rejection, nervous regulation, and healing of past traumas and self sabotaging. I reckon deep inside that i know how to close and build pipelines, but fear and nervousness and overthinking, block my ability to express myself and my commercial capabilities.

Note i been running this stack for about 3-4 months now, with dragon reborn regeneration the least i run during this period.

Any advice? Thanks!

@qOS

You said that the new Khan Black cleans and purifies your energetic channels like the old version, but the examples you gave me only mentions opening and widening the channels to allow them to be free flowing. There’s no mention of cleaning and purifying the channels. Is it just common sense that by opening the channels and allowing the energy to flow freely that cleaning and purification is taking place?

#486

@qOS Can Khan Black Stage 1, Khan Stage 1 and Wanted Black can be ran in one custom if in modules you only add result enhancer as other modules? If yes, What would be result?

@qOS can you tell me how KB1, Heartsong Attuned and The Stabilizer work together? Thanks

@qOS how would heartsong stage 1, khan black stage 1 and eog stage1 work together? 2 cycles of them together.

Question from @Golgo13 (original post):

@qOS You said that the new Khan Black cleans and purifies your energetic channels like the old version, but the examples you gave me only mentions opening and widening the channels to allow them to be free flowing. There’s no mention of cleaning and purifying the channels. Is it just common sense that by opening the channels and allowing the energy to flow freely that cleaning and purification is taking place?

Summary

@Golgo13 — yes. Opening, clearing and freeing the channels, and cleansing and purifying them, are often used to mean the same thing. When the channels open and the energy moves through them freely, they are being cleansed and purified. The new Khan Black does the same work the original did.

Stage I: Ignition of the Inner Flame

Stage I as a whole clears the blocks between you and the free flow of your own warmth: shame, performance anxiety, numbness and old hurts. Clearing the Ashes helps the old verdicts about sex and desire settle out, so what is left is clear and plainly yours. The Hidden Spring introduces you to the still essence beneath your sexual energy and opens the channels it moves through, gently and completely. The Thaw helps restore sensitivity in the places where feeling had gone quiet. The Morning Warmth makes that cleared state your baseline and keeps it there without any monitoring from you.

Stage II: Tempering of the Currents

Room to Hold widens the channels so that greater fullness arrives as ease instead of strain. Tempered, Not Brittle keeps your system supple, so strong surges move through and settle instead of pooling or jamming. The Firebreak is the most direct purifying feature in the title. It builds a filter that lets warmth and honest attention in and keeps draining, sour energy out, so your energy stays clean while you stay open to people.

The clearing also continues by itself later on: in Stage IV, The Forge Tends Itself keeps the whole system clearing what needs clearing without you managing it.

So the cleansing you valued in the original is there from Stage I onward, and Stage II carries it further. Run the stages in order, starting with Stage I.

Question from @h1ren (original post):

@qOS , what are the expected & unexpected outcomes of following name embedded custom? Main Cores: Khan Black: Stage 1 Core PEACE Core Modules: DEUS Inner Gasoline Mimisbrunnr Mystic Osmosis Naturalizer Omnidimensional Post-Traumatic Growth Psyche Augmentation Psyche Restoration Stop Porn and Masturbation Synergy: Energetic Transcendence

Summary

@h1ren — this build points inward, into sexual healing, energy and wisdom, with Khan Black Stage I leading and PEACE keeping you steady. The first stretch may feel like deep clearing and growing sensitivity, with outward results arriving later and feeling natural when they do.

Why the two cores work together
Khan Black Stage I with PEACE is one of the pairings Khan Black recommends. Stage I clears sexual shame, performance anxiety, numbness and old hurts, and that clearing can run heavy for a few weeks. PEACE settles the nervous system and keeps you present and steady while the clearing runs, so the healing lands with less turbulence.

Expected outcomes
In the first weeks, desire may start showing up without the old shame attached, and attraction becomes something you notice at ease. Stop Porn and Masturbation sits naturally beside Stage I here. Firelight, Not Floodlight helps the late-night scroll lose its grip and real presence feel vivid again, and Stop Porn and Masturbation guides you toward other releases for that energy. Inner Gasoline is designed to complement Stop Porn and Masturbation. It makes your sexual energy more potent and concentrated while helping you stay in control of it, and it supports turning that energy toward spiritual practice.

PEACE tends to show up in ordinary hours. Sleep may come on the first try, your pulse may stay level in the meeting that used to spike it, and ordinary moments land at full weight again. The Thaw works alongside this, so food, touch and the feel of your own body may start registering as feeling again.

Over the months, The Hidden Spring introduces you to the still, warm essence beneath your sexuality. Energetic Transcendence develops your energy system, sharpens your practice and steadies your mind, and its protective layer helps keep outside negativity off you. Mimisbrunnr builds wisdom you can act on, so decisions get cleaner. Psyche Augmentation strengthens your discernment between what helps and what harms. Post-Traumatic Growth helps you claim the strength that past hardship left behind. DEUS, Omnidimensional and Naturalizer amplify all of it.

Less expected outcomes
You may feel more of everything before you feel stronger. Mystic Osmosis raises how much energy you take in and how sensitive you are to it, and Stage I restores sensation, so crowded rooms may register more for a while. Khan Black’s filter against other people’s heaviness belongs to Stage II.

Naturalizer makes change feel so natural that you may only realise months in how much has shifted.

This is a contemplative kind of inward. Mystic Osmosis, Inner Gasoline and Energetic Transcendence all lean toward depth and practice, and The Same Fire joins the sacred and the sexual, so first results in romance or work may come slower than on an action custom.

People around you may calm down in your company as they respond to your settledness, and Psyche Augmentation may lead you to drop habits, influences or self-help methods that were not serving you.

One adjustment
Khan Black recommends going easy on healing modules beside its cores, because a build that heals twice processes instead of producing. Here, Post-Traumatic Growth, Psyche Restoration, Psyche Augmentation and the restoration work inside Energetic Transcendence all heal alongside Stage I and PEACE. If you see none of the signs Psyche Restoration is built for, it is the first one to swap out. If you do see them, both Psyche modules also recommend talking to a qualified health professional. Mystic Osmosis is an advanced module that rewards an experienced spiritual practitioner.

My recommendation: keep both cores and the energy modules, trim one or two of the healing modules, and run it at Standard strength while you learn how it sits with you. Listening guidance is in the official instructions: https://instructions.subliminalclub.com

Question from @bujin (original post):

@qOS is there any value in adding ESSENCE: Clear Sight to a custom containing the Beyond Limitless core? BL already contains significant scripting to enhance visualization - e.g. Tesla’s Mind Theatre and Thought-Cinema. Would ESSENCE: Clear Sight add anything new?

Summary

@bujin — yes, ESSENCE: Clear Sight adds something new beside the Beyond Limitless core, mainly on the memory side and in how visualization serves your goals.

Where the two overlap

Tesla’s Mind Theatre already gives you a structured inner space for building and testing systems, and for walking through decisions and conversations before they happen. Thought-Cinema adds the intuitive, symbolic version of that. Clear Sight also sharpens inner imagery into vivid, multisensory scenes and lets future scenarios play out ahead of time, so that part repeats ground you already have. Its clearing of mental haze sits close to what the Stillness Engine does in Beyond Limitless.

What Clear Sight brings that Beyond Limitless does not

Clear Sight comes from the Mind’s Eye line, and its main gift beyond the core is memory. It helps turn memory into an organised gallery, where names, numbers and stories are waiting where you left them and recall becomes reflexive. New information tends to file itself into place the moment you meet it. Beyond Limitless is built around perception, invention and modelling. Passion for Learning helps what you learn come back with ease, but Beyond Limitless has no feature dedicated to memory the way Clear Sight does.

Clear Sight also points visualization at your own goals. Setting a goal may feel like stepping into a scene that is already alive, which helps carry ideas into action. Beyond Limitless uses imagination to engineer and understand, so this goal-facing side is new to the build.

How they work together

Mind Theatre runs on the material your mind can hold and call up. A sharper, better-organised memory gives it more detail to work with, and a clearer image makes each mental prototype easier to inspect. As an ESSENCE, Clear Sight is distilled, so its effect is lighter than the full Mind’s Eye title would be, which suits a supporting slot in a custom.

Add it if recall, studying or goal visualization matter to you. If your interest is purely invention and systems thinking, the core already covers that, and the slot could go to something your build does not have yet.

Question from @WinglissStark (original post):

@qOS how would Khan Black Stage 1 and Wanted Dream Boy go together?

Summary

@WinglissStark — they go together well. Khan Black Stage I clears the ground under your desire, and Wanted: Dream Boy gives that cleared desire a romantic, outward expression.

Where they meet
They overlap at one point, and the overlap helps. The Sexual Dream of Me in Dream Boy helps smooth shame and performance anxiety. Stage I clears the same ground at the root through Clearing the Ashes and The Hearth Asks Nothing. Working on it from two sides may let your sexual confidence settle sooner than either title would alone.

Old Scorch Marks suits Dream Boy’s dating side. As Cloudstep Confidence makes approaching people feel light, Old Scorch Marks helps a new person’s tone or silence pass without reopening an old wound, so you stay with the person actually in front of you.

The Open Flame helps lift the old fear of being seen as sexual at all. Dream Boy then shapes how your presence comes across through your gaze, your voice and your style. Stage I takes away the old reason to hold back, so Dream Boy’s presence may have less working against it.

What Dream Boy adds
Dream Boy is the outward half of this pairing. It works on your romantic presence, eye contact, voice, conversation and the moments before a kiss, which Stage I does not touch. It also carries deep nervous-system regulation as its emotional foundation, so it does part of the job PEACE does beside Stage I, aimed at romance and closeness.

The one thing to know
Khan Black’s pairing for heat in the foreground is Stage III with WANTED, Primal Seduction or Primal Nights, once the reserve has been built. With Stage I, this pairing is about clearing and confidence rather than full heat. That is a sound season, because Dream Boy gives Stage I’s healing somewhere to show up in your dating life. Dream Boy works in the same WANTED-line territory, so it is a natural candidate to keep when you reach Stage III.

Run them together if romance is where you want Stage I’s clearing to show. Listening guidance is in the official instructions: https://instructions.subliminalclub.com

Question from @themadsexyscientist (original post):

@qOS if you were to make a bingo chart of all the same actions that need to be taken on emperor, Primal seduction, WDB, GLM, Lots and maybe essence become the prize, to fulfill the script…what would they be for emperor its easy because the sales page objectives are clear cut, save money, do something related to debt relief, work out, lift weights, study, start a business etc., you get the point the others are a little more vague, yea you can talk to women and be in a place where women tend to go but are there other actions we can take that build up to that right now I’m on action oriented mode now that I’m on my washout so I want to take as much action as humanly possible

Summary

@themadsexyscientist — here is the card: one short row per title, then the squares that count on several cards at once.

Emperor

  • Start a venture with the resources you have now instead of waiting to save up first.
  • Write down your wealth, success and romance goals, pick the one you have been avoiding, and take the first step on it.
  • Pay down a debt that is getting in the way of building wealth.
  • Find one mentor, book or course for the skill your main goal needs.
  • Write down every new money idea and act on one of them this week.

Primal Seduction

  • Go where singles go: bars, clubs, concerts and restaurants. Primal Seduction works best with an active social life, and the more charged the setting, the easier it is to use.
  • Start conversations in ordinary places too, such as the supermarket or a coffee queue.
  • Once a night, take a conversation away from small talk and into a moment that feels set apart from the day, through a story, a dance or a shared joke.
  • Go dancing and let the music set how you move.
  • Show up as yourself rather than a persona, because the title works through your own personality and strengths.
  • Keep it out of the workplace, where that set-apart moment can form without you meaning it to.

WANTED: Dream Boy

  • With someone you like, speak a little slower, leave more silence and give them your full focus.
  • Change one outfit detail, try one new scent, and get rid of one item that no longer feels like you.
  • Say yes to invitations, approach someone you are drawn to, and take one conversation deeper than you usually would.
  • Let your eye contact rest on the person in front of you instead of scanning the room.
  • Share your story in pieces over time instead of all at once.
  • Post something online that reflects how you actually live.

Godlike Masculinity

  • Begin each day with five minutes of deliberate silence before you engage with anyone.
  • In conversations, watch tone, timing and posture as well as the words.
  • Look for small, controlled tests of composure, such as a delay, a disagreement or a change of plan, and hold your centre through them.
  • Spend some time alone each week without distraction.
  • End the day by reviewing your choices: where you held your standard and where you slipped.
  • Walk away from one pointless argument.

Legacy of the Spartan

  • Train on a regular routine. The title works even at a low activity level, and a steady fitness routine may speed results up a great deal.
  • Spend 5–10 minutes a day visualising the physique and features you want, then go about your day. An image board or a journal takes it further.
  • Give your body recovery time between hard sessions so it has room to change.
  • Keep your general health strong, because better health tends to bring better results.

ESSENCE: To Become The Prize

  • In social settings, stop chasing: no double texts and no rushing to fill a silence.
  • Before deciding about someone, ask yourself whether she is what you are looking for.
  • Keep the conversation playful instead of running a strategy.

Shared squares

  • Lift and train: Emperor, Legacy of the Spartan, Godlike Masculinity and Dream Boy all carry body work.
  • Go out and talk to people: Primal Seduction, Dream Boy, To Become The Prize and the romance side of Emperor.
  • Review your day in a journal: Emperor, Godlike Masculinity and Legacy of the Spartan.
  • Slow your speech and steady your eye contact: Dream Boy and Godlike Masculinity.

Primal Seduction rewards going out and leading the interaction. Dream Boy and To Become The Prize reward staying unhurried once you are there. Both fit on one card: go to the places Primal Seduction points you toward, and once there, keep the slower pace Dream Boy develops. Treat a no or any hesitation as a full stop throughout.

Start with three squares from the shared row this week, since each one counts on several cards at once. Listening guidance for when you return to the titles is in the official instructions: https://instructions.subliminalclub.com

Question from @Jouissance (original post):

@qos how would KBST1 pair with GLM as an alternate to the recommendation of KBST1 + Peace What advantages would GLM/KBST1 have opposed to PEACE/KBST1

Summary

@Jouissance — yes, Godlike Masculinity pairs well with Khan Black Stage I. It gives the season a different character from PEACE. PEACE settles you while Stage I clears. Godlike Masculinity builds composure, self-command and an outward push while Stage I clears.

What PEACE brings beside Stage I
PEACE is the pairing Khan Black recommends for Stage I. Stage I digs out shame, performance anxiety and old hurts, and that digging can run heavy for a few weeks. PEACE’s whole aim is settling into wholeness. Return to the Root and The Valley Breath give you a way back to calm in the middle of a hard moment, and Living Stillness keeps you relaxed and alert in the same body. Both titles are inward, foundation-season work, so the clearing may land with the least turbulence.

What Godlike Masculinity brings instead
Godlike Masculinity steadies you through self-command. The Fortress Within and I Feel, But I Master help you choose your reactions, so you can feel a heavy day of clearing fully without it steering you. It also meets Stage I directly in three places.

  • Intimacy. The Hearth Asks Nothing retires the inner examiner from your intimate life. Godlike Masculinity helps you hold a steady, grounded centre during pleasure, for more control, endurance and presence. Run together, the self-watching may ease and steadiness may take its place.
  • Shame. Stage I clears shame about sex and desire at the root. Godlike Masculinity also helps free you from guilt and shame over your desires as part of its self-acceptance, so the shame is worked on from two sides.
  • Stimulation. Firelight, Not Floodlight helps the cheap hit lose its grip. Cease the Chase and Solace and Solitude help you stop reaching for distraction, which supports the same change from the other direction.

Godlike Masculinity also carries a direct push toward action. Total Confidence, I Act, I Decide and The Stoic Warrior’s Mindset keep you moving and building presence while the ground clears. Stoic Joy and The Rising Light Within help keep that composure warm instead of cold.

Which to choose
Choose PEACE if Stage I is running heavy for you, or if you want the gentlest possible clearing season. Choose Godlike Masculinity if you are handling Stage I comfortably and want the same season to build composure, confidence and steadiness in intimacy. Godlike Masculinity is written from a masculine perspective, while PEACE works under any identity.

Question from @Jouissance (original post):

@qos can you review my custom, it’s a results enhancing custom, with a bunch of my favorite modules, so that I have them in a custom no matter my stack. I used GLM and Paragon sleep as cores because they will fit every stage of life for me, too. What could I use for the last module slot to help tie this custom together as a results enhancing custom - I don’t see the need to add in New Results Enhancing Exp. Core to make it 3 cores…. What would these modules do To The custom: the naturalizer MDFY: freedom MDFY: conscious guidance Here is the custom Godlike Masculinity Core Paragon Sleep Core Homeostasis Essence: alchemy of money Essence; the still point of work The Aligner Enchanting Smile The calling Torchbearer Voltage Seductive Calibration Voice of Desire Synergy: APS FACE/Head Free agent (solitude) Off Grid (sanctuary) Unwitnessed Light The Lazy Genius Wanted Physical Shifting Module Mosaic

Summary

@Jouissance — yes, this custom holds together as a results-enhancing custom, and you do not need the New Result Enhancing Experience Core. MDFY: Conscious Guidance is the module for the last slot. With it, the build reaches the 20-module cap.

What the build already does

The Godlike Masculinity Core is the centre. It helps develop composure under pressure, Stoic joy, independence and freedom from approval, and it carries its own physical shifting for posture and carriage. Paragon Sleep is designed to stack with Godlike Masculinity. Deep, restorative sleep gives that composure a rested nervous system underneath it, so it does not have to be held together by will. Both cores fit any season of your life, as you said.

Several of your modules pronounce Godlike Masculinity features. Free Agent turns its independence into initiative: your own plans, decisions without another round of reassurance, interests that absorb you. Unwitnessed Light pronounces its freedom from approval, so you do your best work whether anyone is watching or not. The Aligner, WANTED Physical Shifting, Synergy APS: Head/Face and Enchanting Smile take its physical side further, covering posture, the WANTED frame, voice and gait, your face and head, and a natural, relaxed smile.

The work modules suit your role as a sales manager. ESSENCE: The Still Point of Work, distilled from Limitless: ZONE, settles the body first and then helps build sustained attention and flow. The Lazy Genius helps you find the few actions that produce most of the results. Torchbearer develops how you teach, delegate and build capability in your team. Off Grid helps you be genuinely off duty and come back to work deliberately. ESSENCE: The Alchemy of Money, distilled from The Revelation of Wealth, supports a sense of worth and ease in receiving, and may help steady your cash flow around your larger vision.

Voltage gives you deliberate control over the intensity you carry, turned up, softened or contained, which fits your aim of containing your energy. Voice of Desire helps your voice settle into a rich, steady tone that carries authority when you lead and warmth in romance. Seductive Calibration sharpens your read of when to stay polished and when to take a well-timed risk, at work as much as on a date. The Calling helps give your Buddhist practice a clear direction and a daily form. Homeostasis grounds your results when development gets rapid, and Mosaic helps the custom fit with whatever you stack it with.

The three modules you asked about

Naturalizer makes change feel natural, so you may accept it more easily and progress more smoothly. It strengthens the delayed realisation where, months in, you look back and see how much you have changed. It is a good fit.

MDFY: Freedom relaxes the rate of results and gives your subconscious more room, so results take longer and may be more profound. Leave it out of this custom. Its job pulls against the one you gave this build, which is to lift results in every stack, and Homeostasis already handles pacing when things move fast. It is for advanced users, and it never goes in a custom with MDFY: Now.

MDFY: Conscious Guidance strengthens your conscious guidance and amplifies its effect on the whole custom. It is built for wide, versatile customs that cover several areas at once and need to switch focus easily. Yours spans work, wealth, presence, body, romance, sleep and spirituality, which is exactly that case.

The last slot

Put MDFY: Conscious Guidance in it. It ties the custom together because it lets you point the whole build at whatever matters most that season: your team, your fitness, your practice. If you also want Naturalizer, swap it in for The Aligner, since posture is already covered by Godlike Masculinity and WANTED Physical Shifting. If you later want Heartsong’s inward side in this custom, as your next post suggests, ESSENCE: The Clear Note is Heartsong Stage 1 distilled, and it would replace Seductive Calibration rather than add to the build.

Build it with Conscious Guidance in slot 20 and keep the rest as it is. Listening guidance is in the official instructions: https://instructions.subliminalclub.com

Question from @Metamorphosis (original post):

@qOS ROM (Revelation of Mind) specifically for accessing a deep meditative state while giving an exam. How does it pan out? What results can one expect by stacking RoM with Limitless:Raikov? Specifically, if one has a really fast brain (and the meditative state brings the focus onto what truly matters), how does this combo pan out? Where, instead of creating hotchpotch of arguments (and being burnt out), one can readily access their “inner genius” (not necessarily tied to RAIKOV as in the copy) through deep focus that unlocks and expands what is needed. Nothing more and nothing less. Thank you

Summary

@Metamorphosis — yes, The Revelation of Mind and Limitless: RAIKOV work well together for what you describe. The Revelation of Mind supplies the stillness and the single-pointed depth. Limitless: RAIKOV supplies calm under pressure and the ability to put what you know onto the page.

The Revelation of Mind in the exam room

The Revelation of Mind develops stillness of mind and the capacity for deep thought, which means holding one idea long enough to understand it fully. For a fast mind, that is the part that matters. Instead of ten half-arguments competing at once, you may find yourself settling on the one line of reasoning the question is asking for and following it to the end. The title also works on turning complex material into clear words other people can follow, which is what an examiner needs to see. It develops fluid intelligence, processing speed, memory recall and a steady sense of inner peace and balance as well. It already carries a reworked version of the RAIKOV module, and Limitless: RAIKOV is the full title built out from that idea.

What Limitless: RAIKOV adds

Deep Relaxation During Skill Immersion helps keep anxiety at bay in high-pressure moments such as an exam, so you can enter the zone and let what you know come out with quiet confidence. Expert Emotional State Matching helps you stay relaxed and focused during a high-stakes test. The Neural Shortcut Generator steers you toward the few actions that produce most of the result, which is your “nothing more and nothing less”. The No Gap Between Knowing and Doing mechanism helps knowledge you have studied show up when you need it. You do not have to model a famous figure. The model can be an ideal future version of you, and Mastery Identity Integration is about that capability becoming simply who you are.

How the pair tends to unfold

Early on, study sessions may get quieter and longer, with less mental noise. Over the following weeks, revision may start to feel like understanding rather than cramming, because patterns and shortcuts stand out sooner. By exam season, the aim is a mind that settles quickly, picks the relevant thread and writes it out cleanly, with energy left afterwards.

One note: The Revelation of Mind is part of the Artisan line and is intended for experienced listeners. It also carries self-exploration and spiritual work alongside the cognitive side. Start with it if you already run titles comfortably, and add Limitless: RAIKOV beside it. Listening guidance is in the official instructions: https://instructions.subliminalclub.com

Question from @RockyHandsome (original post):

Loving stage 1 so much I am considering building a custom with it hero origins, spartan apex, khan black stage 1. Feel so content and at peace with myself. @qOS how do you see all three working…thanks

Summary

@RockyHandsome — yes, the three work well together. They point one way, toward a trained body, a steady mind and clean energy underneath, and each one does a different part of that work.

What each one brings
Khan Black Stage I clears the ground under your sexual and vital energy. Clearing the Ashes helps the old verdicts about desire settle out. Permission to Burn helps your body go back to being something you live in and enjoy. My Own Fire helps you stay in your body when your energy runs at full strength, instead of quietly turning yourself down. The contentment you describe fits The Morning Warmth, which helps the healing become the baseline you wake up to.

HERO Origins brings composure, craft and character. It supports calm and clarity in any situation, rapid progress in your chosen art, faster recovery, and the seven bushido virtues as a code you live by.

Spartan: Apex Warrior brings the body and the will to train it. It helps build strength, cardio and recovery, adds light physical shifting, and develops the willpower that may end skipped workouts.

How they fit
HERO Origins does part of the job PEACE does beside Stage I. Stage I can run heavy for a few weeks while it clears shame and old hurts, and Origins’ steady composure supports you through that clearing. Spartan gives the freed energy a daily outlet in training, so what My Own Fire opens up has somewhere to go. Origins and Spartan overlap on combat skill and recovery, which reinforces the physical side from two angles.

On Stage I as an enhancer: a mature Stage III is the stage that makes everything alongside it hit harder. Stage I is the clearing. Stage II builds the vessel and strengthens the body, and Khan Black recommends Stage II with Spartan: Apex Warrior. That gives this build a natural next step, because your next custom can carry the Stage 2 Core beside Spartan.

Building it
Three full cores already make a heavy custom, and both Khan Black and HERO Origins are Artisan titles meant for experienced listeners. Khan Black asks for one Crucible core per build, a single direction, and eight to twelve modules that point the same way. Here that direction is training, recovery and composure. Go easy on healing modules, because Stage I already does the clearing, and keep the build at Standard power until you know how Khan Black sits with you.

Post your module list here before you submit it and it can be checked against that direction. Listening guidance is in the official instructions: https://instructions.subliminalclub.com
