@qOS Is the Nervous System Regulation in ESSENCE: Endless Summer equally or more effective as the one in ESSENCE: The Inner Spa?
@qOS
Could you explain what would a stack of Khan Stage 4, R.I.C.H. and WANTED be like?
Also, would Khan Stage 4 and WANTED be complimentary to each other despite their different types of seduction.
@qOS what would the outcome of using Khan Stage 4 and EoG Stage 2 for 1 year look like? Also, interested in how the bio hacking module in EoG Stage 2 works.
@qOS Something that has been on my mind for close to six years is with Dragon Reborn Red how do you know when to the next stage? Same with Ascension?
Question from @Golgo13 (original post):
@qOS Is the Nervous System Regulation in ESSENCE: Endless Summer equally or more effective as the one in ESSENCE: The Inner Spa?
@Golgo13 — equally effective. Endless Summer is distilled from Summertime and The Inner Spa from Dragon Reborn: Regeneration, and those titles belong to the same nervous-system family, built to reach the same level of regulation. Neither one is the deeper or lighter version. What differs is the direction each one points that settled state.
ESSENCE: Endless Summer: outward, into the moment
It quiets the low-level watchfulness most people mistake for their normal temperature, so warmth becomes your baseline instead of the exception. The aim is social and present: you stop managing how you come across and simply arrive, at a barbecue, on a porch late at night, on an ordinary weekday, and people tend to lean toward that ease. It sits in the social category for that reason.
ESSENCE: The Inner Spa: inward, into restoration
It builds a felt inner sanctuary of warmth and safety that you can return to in the middle of chaos without leaving the room. Tension unwinds, and emotion that was pushed aside gets room to surface gently instead of all at once. The aim is recovery: making your intensity sustainable, so rest becomes how you renew rather than something you have to earn.
Manifestation
A settled state is a more receptive state, so either module supports manifestation in general. That shouldn’t decide between them.
Recommendation
Choose by aim, not by regulation strength. If you want warmth, ease and presence with people, go with Endless Summer. If you want deep rest, a place to set things down and a way through an emotional backlog, go with The Inner Spa. They point in different directions, so they aren’t redundant if you ever want both, but for a single custom, pick the one that matches what the build is for.
Question from @Azriel (original post):
@qOS is there anything in EOG: True Sell Stage 1 that would not mix well with Khan Stage 4? How do the synergize in a stack. Would they benefit eachother in anyway or would either take away from the others ability. Khan take away from EOG: TS stage 1 sales or EOG:TS stage 1 pull or attract from khans romance and ambition goals?
@Azriel — there’s nothing in True Sell Stage 1 that works against Khan Stage 4. They develop different things from a lot of shared ground, and each can make the other easier to use.
Where they reinforce each other
Where they balance each other
Khan dials dominance and ambition to the maximum. Power Before the Pitch and Full Effort, Clean Release develop the other side of the same strength: pursuing something fully without needing it. The Second Answer keeps you listening one level deeper, and The Reputation Asset keeps the focus on what genuinely serves the buyer. That gives Khan’s intensity a clean channel in a sales conversation, so it reads as presence rather than pressure.
Will one pull from the other?
No. True Sell has no romance scripting, so there is nothing in it competing with Khan’s romance goals. The capacities it builds (not needing the yes, asking directly, staying steady when challenged, releasing the outcome) are person-level and carry into any room: dating, promotions, negotiations, sales. Khan in turn has supporting wealth scripting and a strong ambition drive, which adds to True Sell’s commercial aim. True Sell also carries the New Wealth Experience shared across the wealth titles.
Recommendation
This is a complementary pairing: Khan supplies the fire and presence, True Sell Stage 1 helps turn it into a steady, repeatable selling craft. One note: Khan Complete is the most demanding stage of Khan, reconciliation on it can be intense, and the Khan page strongly recommends running Stages 1–3 in order first if you haven’t. Question from @Xelas (original post):
@qOS Could you explain what would a stack of Khan Stage 4, R.I.C.H. and WANTED be like? Also, would Khan Stage 4 and WANTED be complimentary to each other despite their different types of seduction.
@Xelas — this stack covers three different fronts, and each title brings something the other two don’t.
What each title carries
Khan and WANTED together
Yes, they can complement each other, and the difference in style is the reason. Khan’s seduction comes from dominance and authority: you assert yourself, make your desire known and lead her through the attraction. WANTED’s comes from pull: mystery, the Magnetic Gap, letting her step forward. WANTED’s own pro-tips point out that users tend toward extremes, either passivity or chasing too hard. Khan’s push toward decisive action guards against the first; WANTED’s prize frame guards against the second. Where they overlap (masculine body language, voice, composure, manifestation of women), they reinforce the same ground rather than competing for it.
The skill the pairing asks of you is calibration: lead when the moment calls for it, and let her pursue when she is already moving toward you.
The whole stack
Picture a man with Khan’s drive and authority, R.I.C.H.'s steadier and more strategic relationship with money, and WANTED’s mystery in the room. Expect Khan to be the loudest of the three. It sits at Emperor’s level of difficulty, reconciliation on it can be hard, and people around you may test the changes they see.
Recommendation
This is a strong stack if romance, status and wealth are all live goals for you. One note: if you haven’t run Khan Stages 1–3 yet, the Khan page strongly recommends going through the stages in order before Khan Complete. For how to run it — loops, ramp-up, rest days — use the official instructions: https://instructions.subliminalclub.com
Question from @Antares (original post):
@qOS Please break down Wanted Black + Heartsong Stage 2 + Revelation of Spirit + Crown and Capital And Emperor Black + Revelation of Spirit + Heartsong Stage 2
@Antares — both stacks share The Revelation of Spirit and Heartsong Stage 2 (The Symphony), and that pair works: the RoS page names Heartsong as a title it stacks well with. What decides each stack is the third and fourth pieces.
The shared pair: RoS + Heartsong Stage 2
RoS is an unfolding, inward title: patience, emotional control, empathy, gratitude, energetic awareness and a reset to childlike fascination, with its own guidance built in against spiritual ego. The Symphony is Heartsong’s manifestation engine for people seeking a partner, built on resonance: as safe, consistent, grounded qualities come alive in you, you recognise them in others and find your way into the rooms where those people are. RoS may deepen the listening; The Symphony carries it out the door.
Stack 1: Wanted Black + Heartsong Stage 2 + RoS + Crown and Capital
Two conflicts here, and both come from the pages themselves.
Stack 2: Emperor Black + RoS + Heartsong Stage 2
Emperor Black and RoS share real ground: Emperor Black includes a deep spiritual and introspective dive, and RoS can give that dive direction. The friction is with The Symphony. Emperor Black is the monk-mode title, close to zero social scripting, built for a bounded period of solitude and single-minded work. The Symphony asks you to say yes to the invitation and spend your evenings where people gather. One pulls you in; the other sends you out.
Recommendation
Neither stack works as written. The version that fits is RoS + Heartsong Stage 2 + Crown and Capital: every pairing in it is one the pages support. Keep Wanted Black and Emperor Black for their own seasons: Emperor Black for a focused retreat, Wanted Black when a single-partner search isn’t the goal. Two notes: RoS, Wanted Black and Emperor Black are all Artisan Line titles meant for experienced listeners, and Heartsong’s page recommends letting Stage 1 (Attuned) settle before adding The Symphony if you haven’t run it yet.

Question from @James (original post):
@qOS Something that has been on my mind for close to six years is with Dragon Reborn Red how do you know when to the next stage? Same with Ascension?
@James — good one to finally settle. For both titles the move is made on signs, not the calendar: neither sets a fixed length per stage, and you move on when the current stage’s work has become your normal.
Dragon Reborn RED
Red’s page states the principle itself: the deepest change happens when life feels smooth enough to seem ordinary, because your conscious and subconscious minds then agree the new state is simply normal, and the next stage of development can begin. The page also asks you to run the four stages in order without skipping. What “done” tends to look like at each step:
Ascension
Ascension is now two stages: The Stabilizer and Ascension. The page recommends Stage 1 first, and its features double as a checklist: bills opened and paid when they arrive, debt worked down steadily, your space in order, movement and sleep back in place, days with structure, clean boundaries, loose ends closed, less reaching for cheap stimulation, and follow-through on what you commit to. When those have become ordinary, and especially when you can hold something good without undermining it, the foundation is set for Stage 2. The page’s advice is to keep a simple log of what stabilizes and not to mistake quiet progress for none; every week spent sealing the foundation pays off for months after.
How to judge it
The clearest time to assess is the integration period at the end of a full listening cycle, when input pauses and you can see what has actually changed. Journal through each stage and compare against the signs above. If a stage’s themes still feel active and unfinished, stay with it longer; if they have settled into your normal, move on.

Question from @Grey (original post):
@qOS what would the outcome of using Khan Stage 4 and EoG Stage 2 for 1 year look like? Also, interested in how the bio hacking module in EoG Stage 2 works.
@Grey — this is a strong pairing for a year. Khan Complete supplies the drive, dominance and presence; The Ecstasy of Gold Stage 2 gives that drive a trade to work in.
Months 1–3: the push finds a job
Khan Complete’s push to act tends to arrive first: quicker decisions, less waiting, people around you testing whether the change is real. EoG Stage 2 gives that energy structure. Foundations of Productivity, Energy Management and The Science of Habit Formation help turn the push into routines you keep, so the drive shows up as finished work rather than restlessness.
Months 3–6: the craft sharpens
This is where the commercial skills tend to surface. Decoding Customer Desires, Value Proposition Crafting, Conversion Catalyst and Magnetic Marketing are about understanding what people want and making your offer land. Khan’s authority and mastery of speech meet EoG’s Communication Excellence, so what you say carries weight and clarity. Khan Stage 4’s social and professional manifestation widens your network; Networking with Purpose and The Power of Community help turn those contacts into real opportunity.
Months 6–12: building something that runs without you
Khan Stage 4 brings your relationships, habits and environment into line with a life of success and status, and develops self-reliance alongside fast, intuitive decisions. EoG gives that a shape: Scaling for Success, Mastering Delegation, Passive Income Streams and Leadership for Wealth. Khan’s leadership leans toward command, Leadership for Wealth toward connection, and together they may balance into a leader people choose to follow. On money, Khan carries supporting wealth scripting rather than a full wealth title’s worth; EoG fills that gap, and like every wealth title it carries the New Wealth Experience. Khan Complete is also the stage its page names as where romantic abundance begins to show.
How Biohacking for Peak Performance works
It is one of Stage 2’s personal-performance features. It helps you refine your physical and mental state, drawing you toward practical, evidence-based techniques for energy, focus and resilience, applied as small, deliberate adjustments to your daily routine. In practice it tends to show up as curiosity about what actually raises or drains your energy, and a willingness to test small changes and keep what works. It pairs with Energy Management and Habit Formation so the useful changes stick, and the aim is sustained performance in your work.
One note: Khan is on Emperor’s level of difficulty, and its page strongly recommends reaching Khan Complete through Stages 1 to 3 in order rather than starting there. Expect reconciliation and people testing you. EoG asks for daily action toward your wealth goals, even small steps.
If you have already worked through Khan’s earlier stages, this is a sound pairing for a year. For how to run it — loops, ramp-up, rest days — use the official instructions: https://instructions.subliminalclub.com
Question from @Azriel (original post):
circling back on this @qOS !
@Azriel — picking up your question about charisma, wit and selling yourself outside sales in True Sell Stage 1.
The framing versus the features
The page never uses the words charisma or wit, but many of its features describe exactly that. The framing is descriptive: every feature is written in the language of buyers, pipeline and price, because that is the setting the title was built for. What each feature develops, though, is a capacity in you, and capacities don’t stay in the office. The same steadiness that holds a price holds a boundary; the same directness that asks for the decision asks for the promotion, the date or the favour.
The features that are charisma
The features that are wit
The features that are selling yourself across all fields
Compared with the previous True Sell
The original True Sell module aimed at a silver tongue and at monetising anything. Stage 1 builds what sits underneath persuasion: steadiness, directness, trust and recovery. Early on that can feel quieter than charm, which fits what you noticed in testing, but the reach is wider, not narrower, because it goes with you into every room rather than switching on for a pitch. If you want the silver-tongue flavour alongside it, the original True Sell module is still available for customs, and Stage 4 adds The Universal Seller for carrying the craft across fields.
Next step
Keep running Stage 1 and deliberately take it into the non-commercial situations you named: the introduction, the favour, the room where you are the offer. Watch for the features above showing up there. For how to run it — loops, ramp-up, rest days — use the official instructions: https://instructions.subliminalclub.com
Hello @qOS
When we are building a custom, what is the maximum number of Cores, NSE’s, ESSENCE’s and Synergy modules that can be put into a custom to make it run optimally?
Awesome question. Would love to hear the guidance.
@qOS Difference between the healing strength of regeneration and dragon reborn red coz of difference in tech.
Question from @anon15812918 (original post):
I liked a similar question, wondering about qOS response for this now @qOS what would the outcome of using Peace + Genesis Mogul + R.I.C.H for 1 year look like, for a person starting from zero?
@anon15812918 — a good stack to picture over a year, because the work divides cleanly: PEACE is the ground, R.I.C.H. the alignment and the pathways, Genesis: Mogul the engine and the map.
Months 1–3: the ground settles. From zero, the earliest change is usually quieter than money. PEACE works on the reflexes underneath the day: the long exhale becomes a door back to calm, small collisions stop costing so much, sleep sets the day down. R.I.C.H. begins in the same place, since its foundation is calm prosperity, worthiness and the healing of old money wounds, and Genesis: Mogul is loosening the beliefs that cap what you think you can earn. What you may notice first: less bracing in money conversations, a clearer head, and the first fresh ideas about how to earn.
Months 4–8: pathways open. Here the wealth titles come forward. R.I.C.H. helps you see openings you would have walked past (a casual mention, an odd job, a person who has what you need), while Genesis: Mogul supplies the goal-setting habit and the motivation to act on them, plus a feel for whichever market you work in. The New Wealth Experience runs through both, so everyday scenarios keep showing you what you actually believe about money. From zero, the picture tends to be several small streams before one large one: gigs, a raise, a first sale, a partner who turns up at the right moment. PEACE also tends to boost the titles beside it, and keeps the work from feeling like grinding: the tasks still get done, without the war attached.
Months 9–12: the baseline moves. The point is now less the individual wins than that they compound instead of resetting. R.I.C.H.'s protection and preservation scripting helps you keep what arrives (leaks sealed, boundaries held, spending in step with income), Genesis: Mogul’s long-range financial visualisation gives the year a direction, and PEACE means the drive you carry in month twelve comes from clarity and rest instead of pressure. Relationships may shift too; R.I.C.H. helps you tell the ones that can grow with you from those anchored in shared struggle.
One closing note: “zero” is your starting point, not the titles’ ceiling, and none of this is a fixed timeline. The year goes as far as the action you take on what these titles surface, and losing your footing after a hard week is a cue to return, not a sign the stack isn’t working. Question from @Plutus (original post):
@SaintSovereign not for me but does Paragon help with getting rid of/healing GERD/acid reflux. The doctor said it’s not permanent and is temporary but wondering if Paragon can help get rid of it faster and heal you from it as the person who’s affected isn’t able to eat properly because of it.
@Plutus — Paragon may help, but as support for the recovery the doctor has already described, not as the thing that removes the reflux. It is a physical healing title that works with the body’s own repair processes, and its page is clear that it is not a replacement for medical care or a cure for any given condition. The person affected would run it themselves, and keep following the doctor’s guidance while they do.
Where it fits with acid reflux
What it looks like over time
In the first weeks the most likely change is practical: a clearer read on which meals, portions and habits the body accepts, and the ability to eat in a way that does not provoke it. Over the following months, alongside the doctor’s plan, it may support the body in making the most of a recovery window that is already expected to close, so the temporary condition resolves more cleanly. Some people notice quick shifts and others gradual ones; the page is explicit that outcomes vary with the condition, the person and the care around it.
One note
Reflux that is stopping someone from eating properly should stay under medical supervision. Paragon works best alongside that care, not instead of it, and any change in medication or diet should go through the doctor. For how to run it — loops, ramp-up, rest days — use the official instructions: https://instructions.subliminalclub.com
Question from @Green-power-ranger (original post):
@qOS Difference between the healing strength regeneration and dragon reborn red coz of difference in tech.
@Green-power-ranger — neither one is the weaker healer. Both are full Zero Point titles, and the difference is in the method and the aim, not in how deep the healing goes.
Dragon Reborn RED: purification through intensity
RED is the four-stage journey: Dragon Fire (cleansing), Dragon Blood (healing), Dragon Flight (transcendence) and Dragon Reborn (all three together). What makes it different in technology is the New Subliminal Experience (NSE) scripting and the rebellion scripting written into it. Rather than working only on the inside, NSE weaves situations into your life that help you dissolve, heal and rise above the subconscious structures holding you back, and the rebellion scripting gives you the drive to meet those moments head on. Its page is explicit that RED is not for beginners and that reconciliation is common on it. The aim is broad transformation on every level, with wisdom, purpose and personal power growing as the old material clears.
Dragon Reborn: Regeneration: healing through warmth
Regeneration is a single-stage title built around the inner spa method, which is the Dragon Reborn line’s most healing-focused approach. It guides your nervous system into a felt sense of warmth and safety, and inside that sanctuary the unprocessed grief, anger and shame that got filed under “later” are given room to surface and move through you at the pace your system can hold. Features like Still Waters, The Gentle Wall, Inner Temperature and Grief Without Gravity are about restoration: tension releasing, boundaries that filter rather than block, an emotional baseline you can return to in the middle of chaos. Where RED asks you to rise, Regeneration teaches you to land.
How to choose
If you are carrying too much and need to recover your capacity first, Regeneration is the one; if you want a thorough, multi-stage purification and already have experience with demanding titles, RED is. Both pages describe the approaches as complementary, and the official instructions name Regeneration as the healing title to run alongside other work. For how to run either — loops, ramp-up, rest days — use the official instructions: https://instructions.subliminalclub.com
Question from @Lion (original post):
Hello @qOS When we are building a custom, what is the maximum number of Cores, NSE’s, ESSENCE’s and Synergy modules that can be put into a custom to make it run optimally?
@Lion — the only hard ceiling is the total: a standard custom holds up to 20 modules, and every core, NSE core, ESSENCE and Synergy module takes one of those 20 slots. There is no separate maximum per category.
What each type is, and how it uses the slots
What “optimal” actually depends on
Focus, not count. The official custom guidance is explicit that the most effective customs stay within one area or a cohesive set of related goals, and that “kitchen sink” builds covering wealth, romance, healing, fitness and spirituality at once produce diluted, slower results. It also advises keeping healing modules to one to three, and spirituality modules to one or two, in an action-focused custom, and running a dedicated healing or spiritual title alongside it instead. Standard intensity is recommended for most people; Terminus and Terminus Squared are for experienced users only.
Recommendation
Pick one aim, one core (or the NSE core for that domain) and a set of modules that all serve it, using Synergy modules where two of your picks already have a merged version. Well under 20 is common and often better. If you post the planned build in the forum’s Custom Build Help section, the community and staff will give you feedback before you order. For how to run it — loops, ramp-up, rest days — use the official instructions: https://instructions.subliminalclub.com
