Anon's 2026 journal

oh okay nice, because I’ve been struggling to figure out how I’m going to move up in exposure time but I guess I can wait 45 days or so before adding time

seems like it would work well

Well, that’s an old post for me. I stayed at 15s for like 7 months with rich already and 3 months on GM lol

Wow. I have to try that. I stay like a few weeks before I move up a min.

edit: will have to read your journal

I made a mistake, I’m almost 4 months on GM (1st of october marks 4 months). Most of the September is washouts though, so count that however you want haha

Regarding the duration - tbh I just can’t increase it. I don’t know why. I had bouts in which I used up to 3 min of RICH and GM and The Stabilizer, but I’d drown in recon hell eventually. 15s works more or less stably but I’m coming to realization that I probably need more rest days too. Maybe 1 on 2 off at least.

For RICH, honestly, the first half of the duration was mostly healing. But it was also my fault because I didn’t really have good pathways, so RICH couldn’t really help me. It also continued for about a month after adding GM. Sure I had small boosts here and there

I added GM for additional wealth focus because wealth is my main goal

Then I had a situation for which I needed a specific sum of money and basically started to take any jobs and gigs I could. And somehow this supercharged other, completely unrelated pathways too. I guess it solidifed the identity changes and put me more in the money making frequency? I don’t know how it works

Anyway, I’m still nowhere close to achieving my wealth goals but right now I have the most money I ever had saved up lol, which is nice. That said, it’s still not very stable. But I’m working on it

Obviously, there are a lot of other results like closing leaks, being more productive, etc. A lot of them are subtle, and for others I already got used to them

Looking back to it, was this healing necessary? Imo, yes. I think this path is just adaptive scripting in action

Is the progress slow? Well, slower than I’d like it to be but it’s also my responsibility. Action, exploration, etc. >>> obsessing over duration, etc.

I’ve always wondered, if you were to use the objectives on the sales page to take action before you run the sub and you take consistent action even before you do a sub, wouldn’t that make it way easier when you do actually run the sub, since you will be already congruent with the script

Nice, whether slow or fast, you’re still making making some progress even if it is one percent

it would, but I believe there are more factors when it comes to increasing exposure:

like, right now I’d say that I’m much more congruent with the subs than when I just started RICH. I take a lot more action, my worldview on the wealth topic is much better, cleaner and doesn’t produce any stress responses like it would in the past

yet, I’m still stuck at lower exposure levels. Nervous system is my guess. If I’m correct, then PEACE + TRE will help me raise my exposure “tolerance” within a couple of years

100%. That’s why running sub that align with existing goals, careers and passions snowball so quickly. I want to run RICH Trade next year, so I’m spending a few months studying trading to build a foundation for the sub to flourish.

I liked a similar question, wondering about qOS response for this now

@qOS what would the outcome of using Peace + Genesis Mogul + R.I.C.H for 1 year look like, for a person starting from zero?

9th washout day

had a dream for the first time in a while. Wondering if that signifies anything subliminals-wise - like maybe my queue got cleared up just now? Who knows. In any case, it was a very sweet and kind dream. I woke up in a good mood, though not feeling my best energy-wise because I underslept

had a very productive day yesterday, and going to have a very productive day today as well and then rest.

I Imagine your starting point and goals will be the real difference maker. Case i. Point. My my zero is going from salaried to running a non-profit. For, my partner its recent PHD graduate to selling art online. I have more experience and money sense than they do, but they could see immedate improvements and start snowballing results. A year out, I’m ready to soft launch while they’re selling art full time from the living room

good point, will have to specify it a bit later haha

to be honest though, qOS gave a very good abstract answer to this similar question

so yeah, I think I’ll leave it this way and see how it goes

feeling more or less good. Some stuff is still processing. But I also learned to cut off the thoughts about switching stack almost immediately. I’d say it’s a win. But still, gotta keep the guard up lol

Also, I don’t know if I should count a nearly month of washout into the duration of my sub runs. Like, Mogul, for example, is going to be at 5 months mark at the end of October. But I plan to be washing out from September 22nd to October ~20th, so essentially a month free of sub usage

I’m inclined to still count it though, because I read somewhere that the processing can take up to 30 days. Maybe I’ll count this month as a half
