It’s completely normal to feel uncomfortable when you step outside your comfort zone. That discomfort is often the reason you experience what feel like “drastic” changes. Every experience in our lives accumulates and becomes part of us. Over time, it hardens like a shell. So when we start desiring something higher or unfamiliar, it naturally feels uncomfortable.
When I first started listening to subliminals, I wished money would literally rain from the sky. Of course, that never happened — but I kept listening anyway. Knowing the how or why isn’t that important. Understanding comes from experience, not theory.
It’s okay to desire the things you want or need — just try to feel good while doing so. Healing isn’t a one-time event. You’ll keep facing challenges, and it’s crucial not to avoid them, or they’ll only become harder to deal with later.
Some people choose titles that feel more comfortable, but feeling good wasn’t the goal for me. Maybe that’s the reason why some are comparing different titles, hoping to find answers. I experimented with everything — even the popular ones like “listened to every title at one time” or “loop till you get a headache.” None of that worked for me.
What did work was giving each title time to sync with me before doing full 15mins. I’d listen for 5, 10, or 15 minutes, then rest. I made sure to walk in the park (at least), eat good food, and avoid alcohol or anything that could affect my emotions.
It also helped a lot to write down what was happening in my life and to practice gratitude — even for small things. You’d be surprised by what starts showing up when you do that.
I wasn’t broke when I started, but I was terrified of taking risks. I didn’t even bother reading which titles “fit” me. I remember my journey with Khan — that’s where I met my second girlfriend and somehow got pulled into real estate, even though it had nothing to do with my business. I didn’t even use my own money to finance it. And that’s just one example.
At some point, I had to stop and ask myself: Why am I doing this? The answer was simple — you need to interact with people. I attended free business seminars, even when I didn’t like them. It didn’t matter. You never know where things will lead.
Who knows — you might end up being the one who sends people to Mars with a slingshot.
