ASBR’s social and fame scripting brought back the immediate confidence and warmth he was lacking on C&C. I must say, @Azriel – I’ve enjoyed observing your approach (and the critique, good and bad) in testing C&C.

15 minutes as I’m falling asleep.
I find that listening right before bed allows me to do the processing while I’m sleeping and greatly reduces my chances of experiencing recon.

Yes, definitely helped a ton. I see it more like balancing out the proportions of what I was more immediately feeling/projecting. Since I can’t imagine after two years of ASBR the scripting would not be integrated to some extent
I still seem HOM having elements of social navigation, rapport, that benefited the sales. But the ‘stark’ (pun intended lol ) drop was more from the exclusion of that familiar ASBR scripting

This. I can’t count how many times I’ve talked about studying the copy, especially in times of recon. Read a small section, close your eyes, what does it tell you? How do you feel? What do you see? What pattern(s) can you observe? How does it apply to you?
Questions that only you can answer for yourself, as no one can understand your situation like you (applying wisdom of course)
Now, I’m trying to make my own copy of my main custom, but just the act of doing so triggers an intense level of recon I’ve never dealt with before.
It’s some interesting stuff.

Well technically, that’s what I’ve been doing since the end of last week or even last week since I didn’t really wash out and have run 10-30 seconds of custom with HOM twice since. I think the double scripting, where it crosses over, can lead to recon in overdoing it but I imagine they’re fairly compatible. Hard to say since they’re so different as well.
(I feel I can completely tell the different ‘feels’ /flavors after)
Definitely curious on Saint’s take on this. Stacking HOM and C&C. The Emperor scripting will overlap to some degree.

I discovered mine during my EoG1 + For the love of Gold Custom run as well.
Basically it’s just being able to focus on anything long enough thanks to my ADHD.
And of course my Rejection Sensitivity Dysphoria, also part of my ADHD.
How should I get a job or make money if a simple “Someone else is better fitted for the position” throws me off track for weeks?
That’s why I’m working on this now. Full stack healing for my ADHD.
Nevertheless, EoG1 improved my finances a lot.

I don’t think it’s about the healing stack.
It’s about “Just living deep in the emotions”.
It’s about building your identity on your trauma.
That means you cling to your trauma and can’t let it go. Because if you would actually let it go, you wouldn’t know who you really are anymore.
Or you would need to move in the unknown territory of a life without traum. Which is just as frightening for your subconscious (because it doesn’t know it and can’t protect you) as your trauma is to you.
If you go deep into the emotions for healing and don’t just live there but actually let go of trauma it’s a different thing.
Now it’s up to you to find out what you’re doing.

I know I wasn't at a point in my life.
I was reiterating the same story again and again. So I didn’t need to change. Because my trauma defined me, I was able to justify not changing anything. I was a victim after all.
I was working on my issues at the time. And I was convinced I was doing all I could to get better. But was I? Really?
In my coaching training there was a video called “The stories we tell ourselves”.
It made me confront these justifications. I realized that instead of working for my life to get better, I was content with being a victim of life.
It was the easy way.
Only then I decided that I need to let go of my trauma so I can lead a better life.

I saw this with someone I was close too.
They identified with healing. There comes a point where you need to rise above and start identifying with being healed.
I suppose its similar to the stage 3 “take flight” of DRR.

That works for everything. You can run self-confidence subs for months and not see results if you keep identifying yourself as “shy”.
Same for wealth, dating, health, etc.
You need to start identifying as the final result you want to achieve so the sub can have a better chance of helping you become that state you’re identifying as. Not doing that is when recon hits. The sub tells you one thing but you’re desperately clinging to the opposite beliefs.

For me, personally, the distinction is semantic. I have experienced work opportunities and advances while using healing subliminals. Ultimately, I ‘learn’ what a given program is about by working with it.
I think words do matter. But I don’t find them to be all-powerful. It feels like it’s what my mind does with them that matters most. I can change the words, or (sometimes) I can change things from the inside without adjusting the words.

I think the crux of the issue is people who spend years in healing to act upon the belief that they’re broken.
There comes a point where you need to rise above and stop identifying as broken

Something I noticed is when I added in Emperor into my stack which already had Regen and Love Bomb
I noticed it was filling in those gaps that those two were clearing away
Would recommend that approach to someone running a healing title
