OMG this is what happened today, early morning. As I wrote before, I am into a research in a war torn area. Many armed groups are patrolling the areas, some are guerillas, other are militaries and others are non defined, meaning they are some kind of bandits. When I came in this area few weeks ago, I was listening to Stark Black and I started to have some fame in some communities. Of course it is very bad and I stopped listening to SB and started to use again Survival Instinct. I added later the new Sanguine and then recently the new Love Bomb. These 3 helped me build a strong resilience, lowered a lot my stress levels. Early today I woke up, around 5 am. Suddenly I heard some very chaotic noises with shouts and gunfire… OMG ! The noise was coming towards my place, loud voices. I started at the beginning to panic,my heart was pounding hard, and I started to perspire a lot ! But I suddenly remembered that I listen to the subliminals . I consciously started to think " I love myself, I relax and breath deeply, I protect myself" these words came to me instantly and I felt a deep calm coming, my thoughts became clearer and the fear disappeared. All these things of course happened in less than a minute or so, very very quickly ! I suddenly remembered that I can leave the house from the backyard and there they are some places to hide in the forest. I instantly moved there, without thinking and ran as fast as possible. And it was an excellent reflex ! these armed men wanted to kidnap me, as a white foreigner can be of high value !! What I heard from my hiding place (behind a termite house 
) is that they entered my house and went in the different rooms. But they did not have time to look at the garden and beyond because the police came and chased them, most of the bandits were killed. I went out of my hiding place when the police started to look for me.
My conclusion is this :
- If I did not have these 3 subliminal before, I would have probably panic and would be paralyzed by the fear. I would have big problem to move and probably they would have caught me
- These 3 subliminal played a synergetic role in building resilience. I have used Sanguine and Survival Instinct for a long time before on and off and by adding the new Love Bomb I consolidated this resilience
- Sanguine helped so much to control my stress and anxiety levels
- Survival Instinct helped me exactly with that, instinct to survive : first it helped me to see the places where to go in case of danger when I arrived in this place (I was very security conscious already) and then it helped to go to the best place as fast as possible without thinking in an automatic way, instinctively.
After the event, the stress went back for a while, I felt exhausted but happy to be safe ! I have experienced first hand the power of these subliminal. Of course the NGO for whom I do some researches has now transferred to another safer place ! I have not told my secret to the 2 colleagues who are with me but who were in another place when the event happened. They asked me how I did to be so resilient hahahah ! Secret ! it is my advantage over them

hahaha ! No I was not going like that without thinking. It is a hot place but there is a peace process and many NGOs are going there to help the communities. USAID is here also etc. well the subliminals helped me keep my cool and have clear thoughts, there is no doubt about it !
