Today morning when I woke up, there is a new and fresh sense of worthiness regarding all that I want. Whether it be physical healing or wealth, I deserve them and I can work for them.

Had run Elixir before along with Regeneration and it was a rewarding journey. But this new Sanguine The Elixir is something else. It is diving into other wounds that had been hidden away. And clearing them out with surgical precision.

Wasn’t planning to do this but I will run 1 cycle of SE + Regeneration + my new custom (RoH). See how this goes.

One loop for me two days ago. I feel myself gently guided towards being more present with any emotional struggles I have vs dissociating. This has been a challenge for me, when my body relaxes my mind goes as well. I’ve been working on relaxing my body but still being present.

From my journal:
SE has already kicked in pretty nicely providing me with super calm yet at the same time with energetic power and a really high level of assertiveness. Also my thoughts and inner motions are less prone to getting covered by negativity. I’m pretty sure this little kitten is going to help me get rid of that obsolete defensive mechanism causing negativity in me.
I did one loop of SE last Friday and today I’ll be running another loop.

Well now I’m wondering whether the events of Friday evening where I was so painfully reminded of my Aspergers was thanks to SE rather than the other stuff I’m running. Date on the file says I downloaded it several days before Friday and I would have run very few loops, no more than 2, over a couple days. That stuff had me basically useless on Saturday and pushing back on my team mates on several points after basically falling asleep Friday night praying to God to help deliver me from these limitations, and then having that weird af dream about a certain old man who likes to eat ice cream. Kinda makes me cautious about playing it again

I’m more aware of my unnatural urges like psychological hunger, therefore, it’s easier to resist them. Cool. My self-confidence has increased as well, I feel really comfortable all the time. It’s easier to control negative thinking as well.
