Washout
I had some unexpected encounters at the gym.
One guy saw me doing muscle ups and asked me how to do them. I said it’s really more about technique than strength. I tried coaching him into a muscle-up, but unfortunately, he wasn’t able to yet. I told him that he should probably start with using resistance bands to develop that mind to muscle connection.
Another guy came up and asked me if I did any boxing training because I usually shadowbox as a warm-up. I told him I trained MMA down the street and the times of the classes.
