Chosen will help them believe in you as a leader, that you’ll pull them through hard times, that you care about them, and you’ll be able to motivate them extremely well on Chosen. They’ll be inspired by you

Yeah, I thought about that. I’d like to know how to choose between ASBR and Emperor for leadership and business.
How long did you run Emperor? I forget. I know you told me at one time
I think it was around three years. With a couple of longer washouts and a few weeks when I tested some new titles, before returning to Emperor.
Honestly, I don’t remember. Feels so long ago. I do not consider remembering the details important enough.
My rule of thumb: Flip a coin if you can’t decide. Either one will take you to the right direction. Maybe a different route, but you’ll get there.
How did you figure this one out?
I’m also guessing there is a context, as in both choices are likely to succeed.
You have your North star that is your ultimate goal. As long as you keep it in your mind and move towards it, even if you take side roads, you can get there.
Life is not simple, it’s not easy to take the absolute shortest route.
Since there is conscious guidance, you can make any sub in the correct category work for you.
I prefer making a decision, then move on. No point in double guessing. Waste of energy and time.
Also, because of my personality, there’s a big chance of overthinking.
This is how I got over it.
Assertiveness is the key for being a successful man.
Practice assertiveness by making a decision and sticking with.
Of course, if the situation demands it you have to adapt your approach.
But a good start is to make a decision and stick with it. Too many people just fail at it.

The North star analogy reminds me of a mentor of mine who was a hypnotist. He said the unconscious is like a horse. Just keep the horse on the path and it will find its way home.
