Dianabol is a steroid. It can have life threatening consequences even if taken responsibly. Negative points overweight the positive ones. So, best is to stay away from steroids.

I go the herbal ways, which doesn’t has any negative effects. If increasing tests is in your mind then try one of the below (you can do your own research)

  1. raw eggs
  2. Ashwagandha
  3. Ginseng
  4. Ginkgo Biloba
  5. Tribulus Terrestris
  6. Horney Goat Weed
  7. Vitamin E

Foods : beets,pomegranates, watermelon, ginger root, garlic, Onions’s, banana’s

Sleep more and increase dopamine levels. and decrease stress, use Taurine for increasing dopamine.

Along with workout and whey protein…

It is not going to help to say “stay away” from this and that.
We’re all adults here and intelligent enough to make our own decisions based on rationale of our own.

Dianabol is hepatotoxic and suppresses the testicles’ own testosterone production. These are two excellent scientific reasons to stay away from Dianabol. The degree of hepatotoxicity of Dianabol has not been established. In studies, all steroid users who had normal testosterone production beforehand regained 100% of their own testosterone production within a year after ceased use. In people who have gonadal abnormalities, Dianabol may do permanent damage to the reproductive system.

The maximum dose of Dianabol that has been used in human studies is 100 mg, and safely – far more than the usual dose.

Dinabol is illegal in most countries.

So here, I have presented arguments for and against the use of Dianabol.
