I’ve been using LB as a secondary note in my stack; didn’t notice how much difference there was between LB and LBFH though. Never really grokked properly the difference between the two, I’m just going back and rereading the copies now.
Curious, if you’ve run both of them, what your impressions were? Which one made you feel the aura / the results more?
I’ve only run LBFH before.
I don’t see a reason to run LB either. I found great inner development from the spreading.
Not to derail your thread, William but I just wanted to share that I had run both LBFH and LB. Both are similar but I found LBFH to bs more effective outwards due to its aura effects and found LB to bs more effective internally due to its New Forgiveness Scripting.

Saint did mention LBFH is gonna get rewritten too, i wonder if this is gonna be included in the next iteration of the sub.
Yeah. Would be interesting to see how they will differentiate LB and LBFH when that happens.
The immediate update might most probably be only a build update though. Change of script later.
EE 230 HeO 1
I feel more tone deaf with women compared to when I was actively using WB.
The intuitive guidance is not as strong. I guess that’s one of the active effects from the sub. Well, it’s whatever, I don’t focus as much on it anymore.
EE 4m HeO 7m
I’ve been listening to more, and so far the results have been better.
Without WB in the stack, it’s clear that I can take way more.
Everything is pointing towards a single goal.
A bit of kitchensink can work, but the more focused, the better everything flows.
Though I can’t say one is better than the other, it’s better to follow your unique circumstances after all.
It’s clear that I can take higher exposure with both EE & HeO. I’ll do just that.
I’ll be responsible though. In exchange for that, I’ll listen to DRR4 less frequently.
The virtue scripting is starting to come back, almost as strong as when I was actively using it a year ago. I guess it’s a matter of exposure.
I’m not sure if I want to drop it for LBFH yet.
This is one of the strongest reasons to stick with HeO.
I’ll think about it more when the update for LBFH is here. It’s either DRR4 or HeO that has to go for it.
Either way, I’m gonna stick with longer exposure using HeO.
It’s apparent that I was taking it too slowly.
This effect is starting to die out.
Well, considering that it persisted for almost 2 months is already impressive.
Maybe I’ll try to sneak in some of WB every 4-6 months during the scheduled 4-week-long break for the other subs. There should be one for EE in 2-3 months; it will be the best time.
Well, this one feels similar to the run I did with WB around 1-2 years ago.
It’s to be expected. It’s about time for the effects to wane.
The changes stick, the more active effects are starting to disintegrate.
I might run a few seconds of WB near the end of this cycle, just to see how much will come back with only a bit of exposure.
With HeO and WB, I haven’t hit the point of “this is enough” like I did with LBFH & Mogul yet.
I’ve been using these subs for so long, yet there’s still a lot to learn.
As for DRR, I don’t think even 2 years is enough.
It’s approaching 1y9m, and I genuinely think it’s just starting to get into the even deeper stuff.
For HeO, it’s around 1y6m total.
For WB, it’s more than 11 months total.
LBFH & Mogul are both around 1 year total.
A lot to grow with from these subs.
WB 15s
Oh damn I forgot how chatty I’ve become without WB.
Running it for 15s made me realise how “centering” WB is.
It brings everything to your center just by how you talk.
And yeah, I got naughty and snuck in WB again, lol.

Readjusting to 15s of WB took a bit of time.
That took me by surprise.
All is well though, I just needed a bit of surrendering and letting things flow.

Well, I think EE has reached more than half a year? I need to take a long break from it sooner or later. I might as well switch it for LBFH, at least for the next cycle.

I don’t want to get into specifics with WB results.
But if i describe it in one word, it’s stabilizing.
I wrote it somewhere in the forum, with WB, it’s as if they understand the game. They know what they are getting into. Your job is to just manage and have fun.
The most important thing is truth.
There’s no need for petty manipulation, you’re using WB after all.
@William You’ve been having pretty good results with WB since introducing heavy microloops, like below 30 sec, right? What was your experience on WB like before you started microlooping it?
It was good, but very patchy with a lot of recon.
The results with women were there, but nowhere as good.
Now with microlooping this low, the results are consistent, easy to follow, and much better than before.
At the end of the day, it’s a matter of sweet spot.
Mine just happen to be really low with WB. When i found it out, everything started to flow naturally. The right amount of guidance, the right amount of inner change, the right amount of results.
Now i can take around <=20s, but i feel like the sweet spot is lower because i have to adapt to WB again after the break.
EE 15m HeO 15m WB 3s
No recon still.
This is doable. I just need to find the true sweetspot for WB since I have EE & HeO at 15m each. I doubt it’s gonna be that high, but we’ll see.
There’s no DRR, that means the only sub that can give me friction is WB.

WB is FUCKING insane.
Using WB is the best decision ever. Good thing I listened to my intuition.
Gonna have to put WB’s harem scripting into overdrive to manage all of these subs, lol.
I doubt I can just go straight to 15m as usual.
I need to find the sweet spot again.
But I have 1 year of the OG LBFH & 1y9m of DRRed as a foundation.
The new one seems to touch on topics that DRRed has already worked on for a long time for me.
I doubt it will be as hard.
No recon.
Honestly, with this low exposure, I didn’t expect WB’s effects to come this quickly & constantly.
But it does.
While my communication skills still need to readjust to WB again, the other parts have come back and show up consistently. There are some great progresses too here and there, honestly, a little bit too great, lol. I love WB.
HeO’s internal integrity shows out, and it helps me execute WB.
It’s still early to tell though, 15s, 8s, 2s, 3s, 4s, the exposure to WB is still low. I’ll review it again next month when it reaches higher exposure.
Update 1:
I did a deep introspection, exploring the reasons why I want to use each sub in my rotation.
The more real I became with myself, the less sense it makes to stop EE.
WB is fun, WB + LBFH is gonna be really fun.
But is “really fun” something I want over what EE can bring me in the long term?
I gotta admit, it was shortsighted.
I’m glad I did WB for the past 2 weeks, I really needed that.
But for the long term? EE is the clear answer. I can’t get my priorities mixed up.
Now, it’s either DRR4 or LBFH.
Both are healing titles. They fill the “booster” slot in my stack.
Should I go for DRR4, or should I go for LBFH?
Both are equally valid.
The only reason I stopped LBFH back then was because I felt like I had hit a point of diminishing returns with it. It was around 1 year total of using the sub. Now that it has been updated with the adaptive scripting and also the deeper rewrite, there is bound to be more I can gain from it.
Honestly, I might just call it done with DRR. 1 year 9 months is enough.
I’ll come back to it either when WB & HeO are updated, so I can open up the slot in my stack by making everything into customs, or when DRR itself gets updated.
Worst case scenario, I’ll make customs using EE + LBFH & WB + HeO to open up the slot.
But it just doesn’t make sense when I could choose LBFH + WB & HeO + EE instead in the future.
I think i fell in love?
Genuinely, this is the first time in at least a decade.
This one is different. I finally let out, and i got this in return.
Was this the reason why i got so much recon from WB even though i got great results?
Was WB chipping on how much i subconsciously blocked myself from genuinely falling in love with someone?

I’m starting to notice a pattern when i’m taking a break from DRRed.
Things are not as smooth anymore without it.
It’s a great booster, but it feels weird when it’s not actively in the stack anymore.
But I gotta make space for LBFH, having 2 healing titles at the same time sounds like a disaster waiting to happen, so DRR has to be put aside for now.

Not much to talk about LBFH yet, which is to be expected.
I’m gonna run it for 15m next time.
WB is staying despite my journal about long term focus on EE. WB is doing important inner work right now and I can’t disturb it yet.
15m of HeO gives me 0 recon. As expected.
Update 1:
I feel a small hint of something inside my body relaxing & letting go.
This feeling is completely new, LBFH is doing something.
LBFH 15m HeO 4m WB 30s
Surprisingly no recon from 30s of WB.
Maybe the post before last above was really the reason for the recon.
LBFH 15m now, today is too hectic to really assess its effects. But so far no recon.
HeO 4m because I suddenly had to do something when I was listening to it.
This is the end of the cycle.
7 days of washout then the next cycle.

I feel like my thoughts & emotions are being stripped naked. This is new.
It could be from 30s of WB or full loop LBFH.
Or maybe a coincidence, we’ll see.
There might be more healing i have to go through from LBFH.
It’s still vague, but I can feel the distinct unfamiliar feeling that usually comes from a new recon.
Still early to tell, it could be be coincidence.

Update 1:
I’m starting to notice tensions I wasn’t even aware of before.
When I’m walking, talking, breathing, thinking, going through emotions, etc.
These are tensions that were so common in my life that I thought this was just how my body works.
I’m also starting to get a glimpse at how LBFH is spreading love energy through co-regulation.
To let go of stories, the narratives of the mind.
To be neutral, to just observe.
I’m not doing the spreading of love energy.
It is a byproduct of what’s inside.
Just like fruit doesn’t consciously excrete a sweet smell, it’s just a byproduct of what’s inside.
For now, it doesn’t seem to only come out from the overflowing of love.
It exists and it affects. It just is.
Whether the overflowing like the OG LBFH will be there or not, I’ll figure it out after I’ve used it more.
These are only the current effects I’m feeling.

Now that I think about it, these are tensions that even 1y9m of DRRed didn’t catch.
LBFH is doing something big. I believe I’ll get more by sticking with LBFH instead of DRRed for now.
