My guess is, both would immensely benefit from the nervous relaxation concepts. The parasympathetic nervous system isn’t called feed & breed system for nothing.

lol what timing. I just had the thought that LBFH, Summertime, and DR Regen would be an insane combo for healing but also getting beaten down by the healing. Throw in I am Atman and you got something that can help you work through so many issues
