Hey @jshep23 does your wife use subliminals? If not I can only recommend that you introduce subliminals to her. In my own marriage it was a game changer. Since my wife also uses subliminals from subclub, a lot is moving in the right direction. Talk with her about it.
For your situation I had good resonance with Emperor and Godlike Masculinity. It gives you the strengh to lead and drawing boundaries and seeing where you at fault and where not. Especialy for Godlike Masculinity start with 30 second rounds and increase it everytime with 10 seconds. After 90 seconds you can try biger jumps. Maybe expand it to 3 min. If you descide to run GLM be carefullly listening to signs of recon.
