When the doctor doesn’t know

I had probably the most complete checkup of my life a few months ago.

Most things were good. My blood pressure is ideal, my levels are all in normal. Weight good, sugar good, stuff like that.

My pulse is too high. I don’t think it’s a problem today but it strikes me as something I’ll regret not handling in a decade.

As I plan my projects for the new year in thinking about throwing paragon at it.

Keep in mind I don’t know what I’m looking for. My goal is just to move pulse into standard range.

Has anyone used paragon or similar to solve a problem they don’t understand and doctors seem to ignore

If the resting pulse is above 100 , do the ECG .

Do you get enough potassium? Low potassium can indeed increase pulse rate but too much potassium can also cause arythmias and bradytachia but generally speaking ‘most’ people do not the RDA of potassium.

Just something to look into, electrolyte balance is important for cardiac system. Sodium/potassium ratio ect

What’s your resting heart rate?

Do you smoke or drink coffee on a daily basis? Energy drinks? Pre-workout?

Bronchitis meds like Bronkaid? ADHD meds like Adderall ?

just from experience, high pulse can be related to overbreathing and/or bad nervous system

For breathing I recommend researching Buteyko, for nervous system this:

Pottassium and Magnesium; did you look into them?

You know, potassium comes up a lot.

I have pages and pages of lab results and this isn’t even mentioned.

Guess I’ll ask about it.

If it were me, I start with cleansing formulas by Dr. Schulze (herbdoc dot com). Apparently he and his mentor Dr. John Christopher would say that as a general rule once people took cleansing formulas for a time (perhaps 3 to 6 months), the symptoms would disappear.
