When listening to 2 titles in 1 day, are pauses between titles necessary at all?

Might be a silly question but I can’t actually find the answer to this.

So let’s say its your listening day, when you finish listening to title A, do you just start title B right away? Or do you take a pause of…10 seconds? 30 seconds? 1 min or more? Or is it just instant click title B once you’re done with title A?

It’s a vibe for me. Sometimes right away, Sometimes hours between

Often I have hours before my second loop, and it’s purposeful. I listen to heavier, introspective titles at night so I can sleep and process it enough. Then I run my busy titles (Emperor now) in the morning. Main reason there is Emperor wakes up both my mind and body.

But there’s no “rule” on this. I’ve been running healing titles for years, and since I began listening to them at night, I’m not stressed at work thinking of old shit every moment.

Also, I only do 3 minute loops. So overexposing isn’t an issue at all. You could experiment both ways. No mandates here. I do it because it’s been working well, for years.

I’m listening to 3 titles according to new instructions

I listen them back to back. When I used previous listening schedule with 2 subs in 1 day, I did back to back as well.

I’m trying to have as much time as possible between listening sessions, rather than individual subs
