I can admit any of my wrongdoings from that relationship and I have journaled openly about it on here. He was in fact a narcissist though. I don’t go throwing that term around lightly. I have a psych background. I reached out to his sister who is a medical doctor and she was able to share a lot with me about his history. I also reached out to his ex wife and ex gfs.

I experienced love bombing in cycles, gaslighting, lies, theft, and before I went no contact he started a smear campaign saying I was harming my mind with subliminals and started going around to various people I know sending very lengthy illogical messages. He said I was exposing my youngest to subs, which I wasn’t. He was also using drugs behind my back and talking to other woman.

It feels good to be free.
