Pick something like daredevil and go out and have fun. No need to read books, really. Experience is worth so much more and books/courses just keep you in your head. The learning from experience is so much deeper!
Socialise, have fun, make friends, then at night reflect/journal and your subconscious with the sub will guide you further.

I wanted to say this but you kind of said my mind. All it takes is confidence in yourself and value and you won’t have to think about what to say. But a situation whereby you place more value in the person you’re approaching over yourself, that’s when you begin to fail.
