What titles made you exercise?

what titles made u exercise consistently?

i was considering putting Spartan in my stack a some point to help me with having consistent exercise
and to
"Cultivate a mindset of embracing the challenge and hardship, a mindset that pushes you to excel not just physically but even in everyday life."
but i thought emperor probably could cover that instead.

it made me think:
What titles helped with getting consistency in ur workouts? Emperor? Khan? EoG? etc…?

What titles helped u develop the mindset of “embracing the challenge and hardship, a mindset that pushes you to excel not just physically but even in everyday life?”

Weirdly, Genesis and DR:LD started me off exercising a few times a week.

But I had a strong motivation to workout when I started The New Emperor. I got a bit sick and stopped workouts but now I’m getting better again, I’m feeling pumped to start working out again. From my experience and what you describe, I think Emperor would work, but maybe one of the fitness subs might be even better, I’m not sure.

I exercise on every title but as I recall, Spartan gave me even extra push.

I’m running DR:LD along with QL ST1 right now. While exercise is not the focal point of my life at the moment, it is part of my daily habits. My life was a mess and it has improved after starting this journey. I knew what to do but can’t seem to do it. Now it’s smooth for the most part. No self-talk to motivate myself, just effortless action. My sets are nothing extreme, just enough bodyweight and posture exercises and aerobics. No bodybuilding goals, just everything for health, posture, and maximizing cognitive abilities. Aside from subs, make sure to use the power of habit, consistency, and momentum. Willpower alone will never last.

Every morning after walking I do posture exercises and some aerobics then light Jim Kwik brain exercises afterward. Wed, Fri, Sun I put in some strength training.

Not from my own experience, but Emperor Fitness came to mind. Tha goals state:

It might seem like I’m nitpicking over word choice here…

The answer is: none.

No title can make you do anything. The choice is always yours.

With that said…

Great choice.

The first time I put Spartan in my stack, I did 10 weeks of hard kettlebell training that I’d never considered doing before. Kettlebells will teach you a lot about yourself, lol.

Although I worked out somewhat regularly running Emperor, I wouldn’t say that it encouraged me to exercise as much as Spartan did. It’s a broader title, so if you don’t already value fitness and exercise it might not encourage you in that specific direction.

But, I just finished a cycle with New Emperor, and right after the first loop I put an idea I’d been toying with for a few days into motion and worked out two times a day for a week. In that case, I think Hero influenced me to consider pushing my limits, but it was New Emperor that helped fire up my drive to make it happen.

Spartan.
New Emperor.
Hero Origins.

During the beginning of my yoga teacher training, I listened to Spartan and my gosh was I pumping it to the max with my Sun salutations!

My form strength and speed rapidly excelled in a week.

Yea, surprised Spartan took the lead without a single mention of Emperor Fitness, or the Beast titles …those guys probably haven’t seen this thread

Probably not, Spartan is just best.

Spartan did nothing for me. Legacy of Spartan seemed to make me want to not workout lol. Beast unleashed and within did nothing.
Sanguine and Emperor Black seem to deliver it for me.

I admire you for wanting to consistently exercise, take action, and change your mindset like that.

Good shit /respect.

I also recommend Spartan because it has the physical excellence but also gives you that strong mindset. According to the product description, there are profound discipline, ambition and willpower benefits in Spartan.

In my experience of using it, I experienced:

  • improved recovery rate from the gym
  • workouts felt better
  • led to new changes in my workout routine
  • increased appetite for gainz
  • hyper-discipline

Stacking Emperor + Spartan works really well.

If you want to be in the gym consistently… what you really need is just healthy dopamine, energy (testosterone), and to use the gym as an outlet for energy, cultivating your body, and staying grounded. Release endorphins, kick ass, don’t take things so seriously. Going to the gym should never be a chore, you should get high off it and it should enrich your life/well-being. It should be something you look forward to. Most of all, it should be fun. Listen to cool music or something to get you in the zone. Set goals, track your progress, get excited, etc.

I’ve seen people go from struggling to workout consistently, to being unable to stop working out consistently. It’s a beautiful thing, lol.

The start is the hardest, once you´re hooked on that high…there isn´t really a going back…
