What titles made you exercise?

Nothing? …at all? i would assume even if it doesnt push u to work out it at least has to do something

One of them did send me on a cleaning spree for a day but that was about it. I have had odd responses to some of the titles, but I had a TBI so it is also possible (and likely) that the way my brain has rewired itself has interfered here and there. I am not 100% on the cognitive functioning. There have been multiple titles I have flatlined on (or had a different impact that intended), I just chalk it up to incompatible with my condition.

Emperor, Spartan. KB1 and KB4

Just in general, lol. People around me get in the gym very easily because of subconscious pressure. I’m always pushing men to become better in every aspect of life and move the goal-posts. I don’t even try, I’m just breathing.

My own standard that I embody, live by every day, and endlessly seek to transcend - has no fucking choice but to leak out of me.

You’ll notice this if you run Spartan and develop that mindset you’re after. You will begin to have an effect on the people around you, just by being you. You go from doing growth, to becoming growth.

This might be you after a few loops of Spartan.

If Subliminal Club made a viking-themed Spartan, then I would run it, lol.

If you know what gym-bro talk is, I have what I call viking-bro talk.

Gym raiding. Axe curls. Muscle mead. Berserker lifting. Squats deeper than the roots of Yggdrasil. Valhalla awaits for those with the most plates. Odin’s rest. Hammer curls? Mjöllnir curls… etc, etc.

Anyways, good luck with your subs.

Berserk ZP

Wanted specifically really helped

As weird as it seems, RoM really helped me. That sub made me less chaotic and be able to organize my day a bit better, and that made it extremely easy to plan gym every other day without procrastinating it or whatever else.
