Hi i went through a lot of bullying, racism and abuse growing up. I’m wondering if the emperor would help with healing.
Very new to this and would appreciate guidance.

Welcome. Those scars run deep with me too, so you can trust me when I say your healing is about to begin.
Now, Emperor is a difficult title to start with and it isn’t necessarily intended for healing. I’d recommend starting with one of the following to start:

Regeneration - pure healing title

Godlike Masculinity (GLM) - combines healing, emotional mastery and resilience. This is the personal development title. I had life changing results.

Genesis: Ascension - Stage one is the foundation building title. It addresses ‘leakage’ is 6 key areas prepare you for future success with just about any SC title.
Either GLM or Ascension provides a stable foundation for Emperor. So you can’t go wrong with either.
Start with one title for your firs cycle. It’s much easier to track results and developments this way.

I beg you to start with LBFH, this will teach you that you can be a part of this wonderful world and you deserve to be in it. Never let racist scum tell you otherwise.
Then Ascension ST1 and ST2 to make sure no one ever thinks about testing you.

Yes and it will train your nervous system out of expecting a beating and bracing for the other shoe to drop. This is my favourite sub of 2026.

Hi michel. How long should I listen to this sub before moving on to god like masculinity?

Start with one cycle (30 listening days, with minimum 1 rest day between). Take a 5 day wash out then decide if you want to continue solo or add another.

I had been listening to the emperor since around april (23 days today)
I think I can manage love bomb and genesis together.
I don’t doubt that. I’m just speaking from personal experience. Healing and found building are much smoother when you focus attention instead of dividing it among several titles. I firm believe that running love bomb solo last last summer set me up for so much success today. Give two a try. Just remember to washout if you’ve been running emperor that long
