My pleasure
I understand your point. However, it’s important to consider that these companies are primarily focused on making a profit. For example, Mindlap Pro only uses 150mg of Bacopa, while most scientific studies recommend a dosage of 300-600mg. The same under-dosing applies to L-Tyrosine. A mere 500mg to 1,500mg will have effect on most people, especially those who weigh more. In this blend, there is only 175mg, which is essentially ineffective. The reason for under-dosing is purely for profit. 500mg is more expensive than 175mg, so while it may be safer, the question remains: are you paying too much for lower quality?
The thing is with nootropics. everybody is reacting different that’s the weird thing about it. You really have to go through this testing face with sometimes heavy brainfog and downfalls until you find the right stack.
Yes, 30mg of caffeine will definitely have a different impact than 300mg, right? If you don’t know the dosis and how you react to it, you can never understand what works and doesn’t work. Some people don’t react well to Ashwagandha, for example. They get unmotivated and lazy while other feel really blissed. I’ve even hear people talk about experiencing very anxious and suicidal thoughts from Lion’s Mane (I personally don’t believe that, but that’s a discussion for another time). So, you need to figure out which ingredient works for you and which doesn’t. The only way to do that is by testing one ingredient at a time for at least 7-14 days.
You know what’s even worse? It could even be the fault of the company selling the product. I know a guy who didn’t like the effects of Tongkat Ali until he found a supplier that had the perfect quality. Now it’s one of his favorite supplements. Nootropics is the same with subs. Loads of recon and trying out until you found the perfect stack. And then pray to God you don’t switch stacks because of your little monkey brain lol.
Damn auto-correct I ment that I can use some subs for 7 minuts, not subscriptions.
Let me clarify, I am not currently using TRT. Perhaps when I reach the age of 40-50+ like Joe, I may consider it as testosterone levels naturally decrease with age. At the moment, I am a healthy 28-year-old with a strong libido and my testosterone levels are high. However, there are natural nootropics that appear to boost testosterone, similar to the effects of a hard workout, red light therapy, cold showers, and more. There is nothing wrong with using these natural methods to increase testosterone, just as there is nothing wrong with weightlifting for the same purpose. The most well-researched natural nootropic is Tongkat Ali. Personally, I believe that using this alone is sufficient, but I am drawn to this particular blend for some reason.
It is important to note that it is not advisable for healthy young individuals to use TRT. Unfortunately, many men nowadays have lower testosterone levels due to factors such as stress, the “woke” movement, environmental influences, poor dietary habits, and other societal factors. This has led to a decline in testosterone levels over the years, as evidenced by some interesting research findings.
Many people have misconceptions about testosterone. They often associate it with muscle mass and sexual desire, but it actually provides numerous health benefits. Testosterone is essential for our overall well-being as men. It improves our sleep, enhances our performance, and boosts our dopamine levels, among other benefits. Therefore, it’s important to naturally increase testosterone levels through supplements, healthy food, and exercise.
This is the one I use. They will have it in Canada as well.
i’m afraid I dont live in the USA, I’m in Canada. I just took a look at the site you mentioned, i couldnt figure out the shipping from that without creating an account. i do my supplement shopping at Healthy Planet over here. i would assume that’s good enough, though i dont know about nootropics there.
They ship to Canada. If I’m correct you don’t pay customs for product out of the USA? atleast that’s what they say on reddit, the people who buy from that store in Canada. But Healthy planet looks good! It looks like Iherb, that has some good products.
Hope that helps.
