I think it will, the mind will ignore multiple loops but on diminish results.
Hows that possible? May I ask what stage of DR did you experienced it?

@Myster You didn’t procrastinate by taking action. You allow the energies to flow, that’s good.
Skipping a workout
Hopelessness, thoughts of things never changing, being too late, deluding myself, and self isolation.
I mostly deal with it by not going into that spiral of self defeating thoughts. Ask myself what I’m lacking right now to get me through this tough time. Then try to do one small thing to break the frozen state I can find myself in.
Upon what you wrote I guessed that you’re running Genesis. lol
Try doing what I do. (it’s described in my post above). Works like a charm!

Recon is only prevalent for those willing to give in to them, doesn’t have to be that though

Precisely. In my view, LD, Rebirth and Sanguine need to be used that way only, if one needs to work on blockages, traumas, being calm, or needs identity shifts they should run DR (or Regeneration, SE) instead. AC to amplify your subliminal momentum, so each time when you’re seeing nice results. Naturally, AC needs to be use carefully.
The sales copies say that LD and Rebirth amplify your results and Sanguine helps deal with recon. In my view, which tool you should use as your aid depends on the “version of reconciliation” you’re getting.

So if the recon is aimed at the missing links/issues your sub is supposed to tackle, then go for LD. For example, if your sense of internal power dropped significantly on EB as it’s supposed to help you build internal power.
If the recon makes you feel off, not like yourself, or like an impostor, or just uncomfortable in your own skin, go for Rebirth.
If it’s native recon (its most common form; irascibility or anxiety) go for Sanguine.
This is NOT recon but overload. Cut down on the exposure. Try micro loops or more rest days.
Interesting. See this is a tricky one to me because I often can’t tell if listening to a loop of something will help me process better or add to my cognitive load. The thing I’m realizing is that my mind gets capped out pretty fast. When I have too many things to juggle at once I kind of just drop everything and get stuck. I guess it’s not direct recon from the sub, but moreso some pain points about managing emotions in general. I’m not really sure what would be good for that. Maybe executive?
For that reason I run my loop only when recon has subsided to an acceptable level. Unless I’m to run a loop of Sanguine (then it should be run immediately).
It looks like more careful dosage of the exposure and Sanguine could be the answer.
drinking a lot of water helped me to get rid of headaches - another thing you can do alongside drinking as much as you can is to write your thoughts down. It makes your mind calmer afterwards
I was running Wanted, Heartsong and HoM. Now I’m running Wanted, Heartsong and Diamond.
Good decision, HoM doesn’t seem to fit in that stack.(to me atleast)

this stack.
Don’t you think overload is the same as recon. I think everyone has a different version of recon, it gives you a shift to a new you and by allowing the energies to flow, you become comfortable with the uncomfortable - quite normal if you step outside your comfort zone.
