#27941 on December 29, 2024 still not answered.
Order #2029227, the two customs I ordered a month ago, have still not been processed. In my account, they’re still marked as “on hold - contact support” despite you escalating it to Q-Engineer 11 days ago.
This is starting to feel like a cursed order lol- is it possible to get a refund? Maybe I could re-order them or put in a new order(but this time ordering customs seperately as instructed)

As suspected, the link doesn’t work for me since my order for two name-embedded customs that I placed around 5 weeks ago is still “on hold- contact support”.
Despite having informed support two weeks ago about the specifications(clearing up which major was to be combined with what module) I haven’t heard back from support and the status of the customs hasn’t even changed to processing. When SaintSovereign stated that he had escalated this order to Q-Engineer I thought the issue was cleared up and that I’d simply have to wait, but it’s been another two weeks, and it’s a Friday again, so it doesn’t look like much is happening.
I submitted another ticket, and the ticket number is #29245.
Did you hear anything?
If not, would you please reply with the ticket number(s) and date(s) again?

I don’t have access to orders or order status, but I can notify staff.
Please speak to staff as i used the tool but it cannot find the order. I checked the payment and it has been processed according to my bank. However no email confirmation has been received.

What is the status in “Orders” page? If order can be viewed there should not be a problem.(E-mail thing happen to me too previous week)
The tool only works if the order is completed btw.
Thanks @Bull_of_Shiva_999 however usually recieve a mail confirming the order. Then a second mail lettimg me know the order has completed.
No confirmation of the order has been recieved.
Hence me asking RVConsultant to check with staff.

Mails are little bit bugged recently but if you can see it in that page should be fine.
According to my bank the transaction has completed but when I check in orders in the portal it says still processing so something has gone wrong somewhere. So @RVconsultant if you can please reach out to someone who can help when you get a moment…thanks again.

That is the normal process that happens everytime though It will likely to be completed in 3-5 business days and your mp3 file will be uploaded.
If that order didn’t show up there i would advise you to go after the situation.

SC they have always rapidly responded in the past which is why i am a returning customer ahahahaha.
